Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty but not spectacular Two things I do not like about this faucet. One when you wash your face water gets everywhere. I never experienced this before so it must be how the faucet sits in the sink. Second for the cold water side only turning the water off you have to turn it back and forth for the water flow to stop. Look wise it is pretty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice, but drain pull hits wall Beautiful faucet, nice and substantial, quality. My only problem was that the drain pull comes out at too much of an angle and hits the backsplash on the wall. I can't use the drain, had to buy a pop up.. aside from that I love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Rod Lift My contractor installed this faucet with the rod lift. The rod lift is almost impossible to lift and once it does, the paint is scraped off the rod. The contractor adjusted multiple time with no luck of correcting the issue. So, I have an expensive faucet with the rod lift that is not working and with paint scraped off down to the metal. The cost of this faucet one would think it would work properly. I guess I need to replace the rod lift then not use it. The faucet was purchased from a plumbing supply house.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Faucet- Bad supply line design Purchased this faucet and installed about a year ago on bathroom remodel. I installed per the directions as I have done on numerous other faucets. 2 weeks ago I woke up at 3:15 am to hear water flowing in my downstairs. Came downstairs and bathroom, bedroom, computer room, kitchen and back addition were flooded and went through into basement flooding that. I immediately checked the bathroom to find the hot side supply line had pulled out of the valve. Why not have a line that just screws onto the valve instead of a plastic line and plastic compression fitting?. I believe from expansion and contraction of hot water over time it came out. I will be getting rid of this faucet a going with another brand that has screw in lines. Already cost me thousands in damage upstairs and in basement. Bathroom in basement ceiling caved in and everything had to be ripped out.

does this particular faucet have a plastic or brass rough valve?

Thank you for your question, MamaEE! Model 3559-CZMPU-DST uses both metallic and non-metallic components to ensure the longest lasting, highest grade product possible. The valve itself will be metallic however inside the valve we use Pex waterways so that at no time will water ever come into contact with metal. Is there a wall mount version of this faucet?

Hi, I have just purchased this faucet, the supply lines are too long & I have an exposed vanity (planning on installing the decorative covers). Is there a way to shorten the supply lines?

The supply lines of the Delta Trinsic Lavatory 3559-CZMPU-DST faucet can be Looped with a standard connection install or a Custom Cutting to Fit connection install. We somehow lost 1 of the faucet handles. Are we able to special order a replacement handle? If so, do you have the part number?

Do the matte black faucets have to have the red and blue dots on them or are those optional? Many of them completely ruin the design.

I don't have the 2.5 inches clearance to backsplach. More like 1.5 inches. Is there another plug I can substitute (chrome) that does not require a drain pull lever? Or does Delta make widespread faucets requiring less clearance?

Hi, Eileen! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is not a drain plug that can be substituted for the lift rod for this faucet. We recommend to clearance to back splash for the installation above the sink as well as installation below the sink. Best Regards, Rosanna

We are having an issue getting the handles to sit flush on the base.  It seems like they won’t push down completely leaving a visible gap btw the bottom of the handle & base. We received a replacement set of handles, but has same result. Help!

Does the handle have 2-finishes?

It appears from the pictures that there are 2 finishes - almost a matte finish around the temperature dot -- or is it solid polished chrome?
