Pretty but not spectacular
Two things I do not like about this faucet. One when you wash your face water gets everywhere. I never experienced this before so it must be how the faucet sits in the sink. Second for the cold water side only turning the water off you have to turn it back and forth for the water flow to stop. Look wise it is pretty.

Very Nice, but drain pull hits wall
Beautiful faucet, nice and substantial, quality. My only problem was that the drain pull comes out at too much of an angle and hits the backsplash on the wall. I can't use the drain, had to buy a pop up.. aside from that I love it.

Bad Rod Lift
My contractor installed this faucet with the rod lift. The rod lift is almost impossible to lift and once it does, the paint is scraped off the rod. The contractor adjusted multiple time with no luck of correcting the issue. So, I have an expensive faucet with the rod lift that is not working and with paint scraped off down to the metal. The cost of this faucet one would think it would work properly. I guess I need to replace the rod lift then not use it. The faucet was purchased from a plumbing supply house.

Great Faucet- Bad supply line design
Purchased this faucet and installed about a year ago on bathroom remodel. I installed per the directions as I have done on numerous other faucets. 2 weeks ago I woke up at 3:15 am to hear water flowing in my downstairs. Came downstairs and bathroom, bedroom, computer room, kitchen and back addition were flooded and went through into basement flooding that. I immediately checked the bathroom to find the hot side supply line had pulled out of the valve. Why not have a line that just screws onto the valve instead of a plastic line and plastic compression fitting?. I believe from expansion and contraction of hot water over time it came out. I will be getting rid of this faucet a going with another brand that has screw in lines. Already cost me thousands in damage upstairs and in basement. Bathroom in basement ceiling caved in and everything had to be ripped out.

Wanting to replace older Delta tub faucet from 2003 with this Trinsic faucet to match other bathroom hardware upgrades. Will this just fit in place?

Is the Stainless in the 3559 the same as the Arctic Stainless in the 9159?

On the trinsic two handled bathroom faucet does the pop up and flange on the drain match the Matte Black finish?

I just installed this faucet in my bathroom, the cold and hot water handles should turn towards each other to turn the water on but they both turn to the right, so my hot water handle points strait forward. How can I fix this?
Thank you for your question, Kevin! The stem unit or cartridge orientation will determine where the handles will stop. Part number RP60400 needs to have the flat portion of the brass stems facing away from the spout with the raised stops facing the right on both.

What is the diameter of the cap at the base of the handles? We are replacing a faucet that has a 2 1/4 inch cap so it nees to be at least that size or larger.

I just posted a question about min 2.5" to backsplash, but I see you already answered that question from someone else. Since the drain you include is a pop-up drain, why is the drain "pull" embedded into the back of the faucet even be necessary?

I have the Trinsic bath faucet (Model #3559-MPU-DST) and wonder if the Lahara tub filler trim (Model #T2738) will work with the Trinsic valve

Also the spout on this model is not compatible. We recommend the R2707 Flexible Rough Mount for a roman tub trim.

When I install the lift rod and strap, the strap is tight against the nut/wrench assembly from the faucet install. So tight it prevents lifting/lowering the lift rod. Essentially same w/ wrench removed, the faucet bolt in the way. What am I doing wrong??
Thank you for your question, Anthony! I'm sorry for any confusion and we would be happy to help. The pivot nut must be hand-tight only. If this is too tight, it will apply too much pressure against the gasket inside, causing the lift rod to hit the back of the tail piece. Try loosening the nut until the rod moves freely and please know it is normal to see some exposed threading in this area.
