Pretty but not spectacular
Two things I do not like about this faucet. One when you wash your face water gets everywhere. I never experienced this before so it must be how the faucet sits in the sink. Second for the cold water side only turning the water off you have to turn it back and forth for the water flow to stop. Look wise it is pretty.

Very Nice, but drain pull hits wall
Beautiful faucet, nice and substantial, quality. My only problem was that the drain pull comes out at too much of an angle and hits the backsplash on the wall. I can't use the drain, had to buy a pop up.. aside from that I love it.

Bad Rod Lift
My contractor installed this faucet with the rod lift. The rod lift is almost impossible to lift and once it does, the paint is scraped off the rod. The contractor adjusted multiple time with no luck of correcting the issue. So, I have an expensive faucet with the rod lift that is not working and with paint scraped off down to the metal. The cost of this faucet one would think it would work properly. I guess I need to replace the rod lift then not use it. The faucet was purchased from a plumbing supply house.

I just posted a question about min 2.5" to backsplash, but I see you already answered that question from someone else. Since the drain you include is a pop-up drain, why is the drain "pull" embedded into the back of the faucet even be necessary?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 3559-BLMPU-DST faucet includes a metal pop up drain assembly that requires a lift rod on the back of the faucet to pop up and pull down the stopper assembly.

Hi, I have just purchased this faucet, the supply lines are too long & I have an exposed vanity (planning on installing the decorative covers). Is there a way to shorten the supply lines?

Hi Arshille, Thank you for your question. The model 3559-RBMPU-DST is not available to order less the drain assembly. We do offer widespread lavatory faucet models in our commercial line of faucets without drain assemblies but only in the chrome finish.

This faucet requires 3 holes What size should(from left to right) hole 1,2, and 3 be? I would also like to know the distance from each hole. Is this what you would refer to as a 6'' spread?

A lot of the other faucets in brushed nickel mention spotfree. Is the stainless color spot free or will it be similar spotting to a chrome faucet?

The sink has a slow water draining problem, how can you remove the plunger to inspect the sink drain? It does not seem to unscrew or have any sort of release..??

Thank you for your question. The stopper on the drain assembly for the Delta 3559-BLMPU-DST can be removed by first unscrewing the pivot seal and gasket from the drain pipe. Unscrew the nut from the strap. Remove the horizontal rod. The stopper can now be removed from the top of the sink. Here is a link to show these parts on the parts diagram:

Hi there! The specs on the 3559 Trinsic bathroom sink faucet say a minimum 2.5" clearance from center of faucet hole to backsplash. I would have closer to 2-and-1/8" clearance. Please, what would be the downside of not having at least 2.5" clearance?

We somehow lost 1 of the faucet handles. Are we able to special order a replacement handle? If so, do you have the part number?

We purchased 2 Trinsic faucets for our bathrooms. in both installations, there is a slight leak coming from the down tube of the body that connects into the drain. it is leaking where the extension tube threads into the primary down tube from the body.

Just had three of these installed in my two bathrooms. I am not used to "smooth" water and prefer the bubbly water that comes with an aerator. Do you have aerators for this model and will you send me three?

The black gasket at the bottom of the faucet is visible when the faucet is installed. I do not see that it shows in the pictures online. Is it supposed to show?

how to remove handles

How do you replace/clean aerator on the trinsic widespread bathroom faucet
Thank you for your question George! The faucet will include a plastic wrench to unscrew the aerator at the end of the spout. We recommend soaking the aerator in 50/50 white vinegar and warm water to clean. Replacement aerator, gasket, and wrench kits come in three flow rates. RP71260 (1.5 gpm) RP73805 (1.0 gpm) RP73806 (0.5 gpm).
