Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta 520-MPU-DST I have used Delta faucets for over twenty years and found them to be of excellent quality. They are not complicated to install and look great! I have used Delta faucets for my shower/bath, kitchen, and laundry room sinks. Install it and forget it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very satisfied with purchase I bought this to replace a leaking Moen. I had replaced the cartridge and aerator multiple times on the Moen and it still leaked. I am so happy with this Delta I am going to replace my Moen kitchen faucet with a new Delta pull down also. Should have gone with Delta originally.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I'm seeing spots We recently built a new house and selected this faucet for our 2 master bath sinks. They initially looked great but soon developed spots that I can't get off. The instructions say to "simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel." There is no way that this takes anything off!!!! Nothing I do seems to make any difference. They are covered in spots. We do have a number of other Delta faucets throughout the house (and have had in previous houses) and have never had this problem with any of them. I realize that the faucet in another bath was listed as "spot resistant" (or something like that) and these were not, but I couldn’t have dreamt I would have this much problem with spotting! The two faucets are a real embarrassment!

Hello - 11 years ago model 540WFMPU was installed during a bath remodel. It is now leaking and throwing out black residue from under the handle. Are parts still available? It seems discontinued.

Asked by: Paul
Hi, Paul! Thank you for you question. There still are replacement parts available for the 540-WFMPU faucet. If the faucet leaks, we recommend to replace the seats and springs and cam & packing. These parts are available in a repair kit, RP3614. Hi Rosanna, it is not clear to me from the specs what the minimum size would be. Thank you

Asked by: JustK
Hi, JustK! Thank you for your question. I am sorry for the confusion. The hole size diameter should be between 1 1/8" to 1 1/2" (29 mm to 38 mm). The maximum deck thickness is 2". Best Regards, Rosanna

I bought this: Delta 520-MPU-DST but the box did not include a popup nor is there a lift rod on the faucet even though box label says popup included? Also, what is the difference between this faucet and the 520LF-WFMPU ?

Asked by: Em Westlake
Hi, Em Westlake! Thank you for your question. The 520-MPU-DST does include the metal pop up, RP26533. If this did not come with the drain assembly, we recommend to check with the store you purchased this from for a return/exchange. If this was an open box item or a clearance item and came 'as-is', you may have to purchase the drain assembly separately. Here is a link to the drain assembly kit: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP26533 The difference between the 520-MPU-DST and the 520LF-WFMPU is that the 520-MPU-DST features our Diamond Seal Technology. This includes flexible, PEX supply lines. You can learn more here: https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/innovations/kitchen/diamond-seal-technology The 520LF-WFMPU is also Lead Free. This includes 3/8" O.D. copper supply tubes. Here is a technical specifications sheet for both units: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-501LF-WF%20Rev%20E.pdf https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-500-DST%20Rev%20K.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

How do I remove the aerator?

I'm trying to remove the aerator but no tools can grab that grey plastic aerator.
Asked by: Carlos
Hi, Carlos! Thank you for your question. The faucet aerator is cached so you will need a special aerator wrench. The aerator wrench is RP60730. Here is a link to the part: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP60730 Best Regards, Rosanna

How do i reattach the compressed faucet fittings once i cut the loop tubing?

Asked by: Amy
Hi Amy, Thank you for your question. Please note that we recommend to loop the supply lines. If you choose to cut the supply lines, the installer accepts the responsibility to do so in a way that allows a leak-free joint to be created. Delta is not responsible for tubing that is cut too short or cut in a way that will not allow for a leak-free joint. Please refer to page 6 of the installation instructions: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/54195%20Rev%20O.pdf In a custom fit connection, you will slide the nut and plastic fitting over the end of the tube after it is cut. Best regards, Jon
