I was pleased with the single handle Delta model similarity to the previous Delta product that we utilized to replace the original 2 crystal knob Delta (probably about 2010). So 15 to 16 years of service from the previous Delta fixture, AND the original fixture mentioned was installed w home contruction 1981. Not Bad longevity if you ask me

How do i reattach the compressed faucet fittings once i cut the loop tubing?

Hi Amy, Thank you for your question. Please note that we recommend to loop the supply lines. If you choose to cut the supply lines, the installer accepts the responsibility to do so in a way that allows a leak-free joint to be created. Delta is not responsible for tubing that is cut too short or cut in a way that will not allow for a leak-free joint. Please refer to page 6 of the installation instructions: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/54195%20Rev%20O.pdf In a custom fit connection, you will slide the nut and plastic fitting over the end of the tube after it is cut. What's the difference between these models aside from price? 520-SSMPU-DST vs. 520-SS-DST vs. 520-SSPPU-DST

I replaced the cartridge due to the original one not operating properly. Following steps that I found on You Tube, I installed the new cartridge. The faucet was leaking from the faucet onto the counter next to the faucet and leaking underneath.

Hi Greg, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 520-SSMPU-DST. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with a leak. We are happy to help! The cartridge may not be sealing correctly in the valve. I recommend making sure the bottom gasket comes out with the old cartridge. Wipe out the valve and inspect the gasket on the bottom of the new cartridge. Align the tabs on the cartridge with the divots in the valve. Tighten the bonnet nut with a wrench, watching that the cartridge does not shift. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! We have Delta 520-DST faucets. The handle on one has gotten very loose. Is there a way to tighten it, or is is this an indication that a part has deteriorated? If the latter, can this be repaired, or do we need to replace the entire faucet?

Just purchased 3 model 520-MPU-DST bathroom faucets. Is it advisable to apply silicone between the faucet and the top of the plastic insert or is it better to apply silicone between the bottom of the plastic insert and the countertop? Or both? Thank you.

What type of filter is compatible with this faucet. The water in my building is horrible and there is a need for a filter but each one that I’ve seen is not compatible with this faucet

How does the metal push pop-up drain work compared to a lift-rod? Do you need to push down to seal and push down again (submerge your hand in the water in the sink) to pop-up (unseal) the drain?

Over the past year I have been unable to get the 520-MPU-DST faucet delivered because we are in California. Is there as similar faucet that has the integrated PEX supply lines which is California Compliant you can recommend?

Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Our 520-MPU-DST faucet maximum flow rate is 1.2 GPM at 60 PSI. This is the maximum for residential lavatory faucets in California. However, we do have other faucets with a lower GPM if you prefer. The 520-HGM-DST has a 0.5 GPM at 60 PSI, and our 520-GPM-DST has a max flow rate of 1.0 GPM at 60 PSI. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! I just had a 520-MPU-DST installed. If I'd had a choice, I'd have gone with the 522-MPU-DST, as I prefer the acrylic knob. Am I correct that I just need to get the RP52220 and RP52221 parts to replace the RP52833 handle that came with my faucet?
