Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks good I bought this and had it installed. It looks OK, but I do not like the hand feel of the on-off lever. It should be more substantial feeling. The lever is too skinny. Also, overall, it's smaller in height/ bulk than what I expected.

I'd like better flow from my 3 new faucets installed today (559LF-MPU). I think it's 1.2 GPM aerator, but option for 1.5 GPM aerator. The problem is part numbers are the same for 1.5 and 1.2 GPM, RP71260. How can I get 3 of the 1.5 GPM aerators?

Asked by: ksing44
Thank you DeltaFaucet11! I get it! It's the same part number, but with a qualifier. I saw that on the parts list, but it makes things difficult trying to find parts. But that's okay, I dismantled my aerators and removed the restrictions. Fortunately, it's a multi-piece design and I was able to remove the restrictions. The pink portion comes off with some coaxing and now I just have the plastic screen assembly in my faucets without the pink restrictions. On mixed hot an cold, I'm at about 2 GPM now! That's much better than what I had and better than the 1.5 would give me. For others interested in removing the restriction, gently squeeze the top of the aerator with pliers to release the top plastic screen, then use strong tweezers or needle nose pliers to pull the pink plastic insert out of the assembly. At the end, you'll have an aerator screen without restrictions. I suspect the different flow rate aerators have different colors to distinguish them, so your insert may not be pink if you don't have a 1.2 GPM insert. No worries, I'm sure it works the same way! And, you can easily put them back together if you want to go back to low flow! Happy washing! ksing44

I had 3 559LF-MPU faucets installed yesterday. It seems they should include small circular escutcheons & circular plastic gaskets to be properly mounted. Can you provide circular escutcheons & gaskets?

Asked by: ksing44
Hi Rosanna, I know all about the 3 hole escutcheon plate, but I only have one hole and would like to use the faucet as pictured on your website. The reality is that the plate provides a much better attachment to the counterpart. To really provide a great faucet for your customers, there should be a smaller circular escutcheon plate and circular plastic gasket for the mounting the faucet. It's a great faucet, BUT there should be a smaller circular escutcheon plate and circular plastic gasket to mount it properly! It's a sloppy mount without any plate at all! If the smaller circular escutcheon plate and circular plastic gasket don't exist, I think you should take this conversation back to your designers and engineers. They'll know what I'm saying is true! Thank you, Ken

Can this faucet receive an alternate aerator to reduce the flow to 1.0 GPM? If so, what is the part number? Does this same part number work on all matte black Trinsic bathroom faucets?

Asked by: eric16
Hi, eric16! Thank you for your question. The 559LF-BLMPU does have a 1.0 gpm aerator option. The part number for the aerator and wrench is RP73805. Here is a link to the part: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP73805 Best Regards, Rosanna

I see you list the faucet as low-lead compliant, but I don’t see the certifications it has. Can you provide? UPC? ANSI? Thanks

Asked by: Anon3600
Hi, Anon3600! Thank you for your question. The certifications for the low-lead compliance is on the technical specifications for this faucet. Here is a link to this: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-559LF-MPU%20Rev%20F.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

Our vessel sink fits a 1-5/8” drain assembly. Will the included drain work? If not is there an suitable replacement part for this?

Asked by: Rose1
Hi Rose1, Thank you for your question. The threaded portion of the flange is 1 3/8" and the top surface diameter is 2 1/8". This assembly should work with a 1 1/2" diameter drain. However, the depth of the hole must be 1 5/8" to 2 3/8". https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-559LF-MPU%20Rev%20F.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Hooking up a portable washer?

I'd like to connect a portable washing machine to this faucet. Is there an aerator adaptor to go from the Trinsic faucet to a standard kitchen faucet size?
Asked by: SamanthaP
Hi Samantha, Thank you for your question! The spout has a thread size of M16.5x1. Unfortunately, we do not make an adapter for this unit, but you may be able to find one locally or online. Best regards, Jon

What should I use to clean the Trinsic-single handle lavatory faucet-brushed bronze finish?

Asked by: Heidi
Hi Heidi, Thank you for your question! We recommend to wipe the faucet down with a damp cloth. To help remove water spots you can use a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. For more information, please see our cleaning and care guide linked below. https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/inspiredliving/how-to-clean-a-faucet Best regards, Jon

Can this faucet receive an alternate aerator to reduce the flow to .5 gpm or .35 gpm?

Asked by: Lauren
Dear Lauren, Thank you for your inquiry. Delta does make a .5 gpm aerator (RP73806) for the Delta Trinsic Lavatory 559LF-RBMPU faucet, that can be installed for lesser flow rate. Best regards, Tanya
