Dear GB, Thank you for your question. The pop-up drain assemblies are not designed to hold water for long periods of time. If the water is leaking out of the sink bowl right away, then the water may actually be leaking around the flange and running down the drain. If you push down on the stopper with water in the sink bowl and the water still leaks out of the bowl, then the flange is not sealed properly. I would suggest removing the flange from the sink bowl and applying a large bead of clear silicon to the bottom side of the flange to properly seal the flange with your sink bowl before you reinstall it. If a stopper does not lift straight out, it is being held in by the horizontal rod. Behind the drain pipe under the sink is a horizontal rod connected to the lift rod via the strap. The horizontal rod is held in place by a nut. Remove the nut and pull the horizontal rod straight away from the pipe about an inch. The stopper should now come free of the drain. Best regards, Tanya

The 72174 is a square push pop up without overflow, while the 72175 is a push pop up with overflow. Either of these push pop ups could match this faucet, depending on your design preferences. Hi, Jacky! Thank you for your question. You can connect the Delta 559LF-MPU Faucet to an eye washer. However, you will need to purchase an adapter separately. The spout has a thread size of M16.5x1. You may use the gasket from the aerator, but another gasket may be needed to ensure a water-tight connection at the spout. Best Regards, Rosanna

Thank you DeltaFaucet11! I get it! It's the same part number, but with a qualifier. I saw that on the parts list, but it makes things difficult trying to find parts. But that's okay, I dismantled my aerators and removed the restrictions. Fortunately, it's a multi-piece design and I was able to remove the restrictions. The pink portion comes off with some coaxing and now I just have the plastic screen assembly in my faucets without the pink restrictions. On mixed hot an cold, I'm at about 2 GPM now! That's much better than what I had and better than the 1.5 would give me. For others interested in removing the restriction, gently squeeze the top of the aerator with pliers to release the top plastic screen, then use strong tweezers or needle nose pliers to pull the pink plastic insert out of the assembly. At the end, you'll have an aerator screen without restrictions. I suspect the different flow rate aerators have different colors to distinguish them, so your insert may not be pink if you don't have a 1.2 GPM insert. No worries, I'm sure it works the same way! And, you can easily put them back together if you want to go back to low flow! Happy washing! ksing44

Thank you for your question, TomL! Unfortunately we do not manufacture aerators with a .35gpm flow rate. Model 559LF-SSMPU does have the option of using 1.2gpm, 1.0gpm or 0.5gpm. Hi Rose1, Thank you for your question. The threaded portion of the flange is 1 3/8" and the top surface diameter is 2 1/8". This assembly should work with a 1 1/2" diameter drain. Hi Rosanna, I know all about the 3 hole escutcheon plate, but I only have one hole and would like to use the faucet as pictured on your website. The reality is that the plate provides a much better attachment to the counterpart. To really provide a great faucet for your customers, there should be a smaller circular escutcheon plate and circular plastic gasket for the mounting the faucet. It's a great faucet, BUT there should be a smaller circular escutcheon plate and circular plastic gasket to mount it properly! It's a sloppy mount without any plate at all! If the smaller circular escutcheon plate and circular plastic gasket don't exist, I think you should take this conversation back to your designers and engineers. They'll know what I'm saying is true! I recommend removing the aerator at the end of the spout with the included wrench to troubleshoot an issue with the faucet's flow rate. Clean the aerator and flush the faucet for a minute with the handle fully opened before reinstalling the aerator. The maximum flow rate is 1.2 gpm.
