Thank you DeltaFaucet11!
I get it! It's the same part number, but with a qualifier. I saw that on the parts list, but it makes things difficult trying to find parts. But that's okay, I dismantled my aerators and removed the restrictions. Fortunately, it's a multi-piece design and I was able to remove the restrictions. The pink portion comes off with some coaxing and now I just have the plastic screen assembly in my faucets without the pink restrictions. On mixed hot an cold, I'm at about 2 GPM now! That's much better than what I had and better than the 1.5 would give me.
For others interested in removing the restriction, gently squeeze the top of the aerator with pliers to release the top plastic screen, then use strong tweezers or needle nose pliers to pull the pink plastic insert out of the assembly. At the end, you'll have an aerator screen without restrictions. I suspect the different flow rate aerators have different colors to distinguish them, so your insert may not be pink if you don't have a 1.2 GPM insert. No worries, I'm sure it works the same way! And, you can easily put them back together if you want to go back to low flow!
