Rated 5 out of 5 by from Attractive, Simple Faucet We did not have any trouble installing this faucet. The design is simple and (for our tastes) much more attractive than the Delta Cassidy faucet that we replaced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good minimalistic look Purchased this bath faucet to replace the builder installed center set faucet. I like single handle faucets and thus the replacement. Pros: 1. easy to install. 2. looks awesome and not busy like other faucets. 3. the significant other loves the minimalistic look. 4. water flow is smooth and doesn't splatter like other faucets. Cons: 1. not a fan of the PEX piping to connect the water lines. Lines are long and if you loop it as recommend in the installation instructions, it flops all the place. In my situation, there wasn't enough line to loop and I had to cut the PEX per instructions. 2. drain pop up stopper - lots of play since the hole to attach the horizontal rod is very large. The hole should be smaller or make the pop up stopper adjustable like one of your competitors. The one I replaced had this feature. 3. wish colour scheme had a brushed nickel 4. Not really a con but some may - Adds lots of air to the hot water and makes it look cloudy. Overall, easy installation except for adjusting the pop up stopper. Significant other is happy. Looks really good and like the minimalist appearance.

I see you list the faucet as low-lead compliant, but I don’t see the certifications it has. Can you provide? UPC? ANSI? Thanks

Asked by: Anon3600
Hi, Anon3600! Thank you for your question. The certifications for the low-lead compliance is on the technical specifications for this faucet. Here is a link to this: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-559LF-MPU%20Rev%20F.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

Our vessel sink fits a 1-5/8” drain assembly. Will the included drain work? If not is there an suitable replacement part for this?

Asked by: Rose1
Hi Rose1, Thank you for your question. The threaded portion of the flange is 1 3/8" and the top surface diameter is 2 1/8". This assembly should work with a 1 1/2" diameter drain. However, the depth of the hole must be 1 5/8" to 2 3/8". https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-559LF-MPU%20Rev%20F.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Hooking up a portable washer?

I'd like to connect a portable washing machine to this faucet. Is there an aerator adaptor to go from the Trinsic faucet to a standard kitchen faucet size?
Asked by: SamanthaP
Hi Samantha, Thank you for your question! The spout has a thread size of M16.5x1. Unfortunately, we do not make an adapter for this unit, but you may be able to find one locally or online. Best regards, Jon

What should I use to clean the Trinsic-single handle lavatory faucet-brushed bronze finish?

Asked by: Heidi
Hi Heidi, Thank you for your question! We recommend to wipe the faucet down with a damp cloth. To help remove water spots you can use a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. For more information, please see our cleaning and care guide linked below. https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/inspiredliving/how-to-clean-a-faucet Best regards, Jon

Can this faucet receive an alternate aerator to reduce the flow to .5 gpm or .35 gpm?

Asked by: Lauren
Dear Lauren, Thank you for your inquiry. Delta does make a .5 gpm aerator (RP73806) for the Delta Trinsic Lavatory 559LF-RBMPU faucet, that can be installed for lesser flow rate. Best regards, Tanya

Escutcheon-larger available

Is there a larger escutcheon available that will work with this faucet? My counter has widespread holes.
Asked by: Taylor
Hello Taylor, Thank you for your question. Delta model 559LF-CZMPU only has one optional escutcheon that is 6" in length. This escutcheon does come with the faucet. Best Regards, Courtney

How do I remove the stopper?

2 issues: 1.) the stopper does not seem to be working properly. The water drains ever so slightly when the stopper is engaged. 2.) how do I remove the stopper in order to clear a potential clog in the plumbing? Thanks for your help!
Asked by: GB
Dear GB, Thank you for your question. The pop-up drain assemblies are not designed to hold water for long periods of time. If the water is leaking out of the sink bowl right away, then the water may actually be leaking around the flange and running down the drain. If you push down on the stopper with water in the sink bowl and the water still leaks out of the bowl, then the flange is not sealed properly. I would suggest removing the flange from the sink bowl and applying a large bead of clear silicon to the bottom side of the flange to properly seal the flange with your sink bowl before you reinstall it. If a stopper does not lift straight out, it is being held in by the horizontal rod. Behind the drain pipe under the sink is a horizontal rod connected to the lift rod via the strap. The horizontal rod is held in place by a nut. Remove the nut and pull the horizontal rod straight away from the pipe about an inch. The stopper should now come free of the drain. Best regards, Tanya
