Looks beautiful if you don't use it!
I love the look and finish of this product, and selected champagne bronze from Delta for all our bathroom remodel finishing. I do still love the look of it, and it functions great, however the finish shows every little water droplet. It looks water stained constantly, and while I haven't looked into what I can do to prevent this yet besides just wiping it down every 5 seconds, I would definitely not select this again.

Perfect fit for powder room
I love this faucet. It completed the look of my black and white powder room. Very high quality faucet and I could tell when I picked it up because it was heavy. Not like the super light weight internal plastic faucets from Home Depot. The first one I bought did not work but build.com replaced. I am very happy with it.

Can this faucet receive an alternate aerator to reduce the flow to .5 gpm or .35 gpm?

Hooking up a portable washer?
I'd like to connect a portable washing machine to this faucet. Is there an aerator adaptor to go from the Trinsic faucet to a standard kitchen faucet size?

How do I remove the stopper?
2 issues: 1.) the stopper does not seem to be working properly. The water drains ever so slightly when the stopper is engaged.
2.) how do I remove the stopper in order to clear a potential clog in the plumbing?

Dear GB,
Thank you for your question. The pop-up drain assemblies are not designed to hold water for long periods of time. If the water is leaking out of the sink bowl right away, then the water may actually be leaking around the flange and running down the drain. If you push down on the stopper with water in the sink bowl and the water still leaks out of the bowl, then the flange is not sealed properly. I would suggest removing the flange from the sink bowl and applying a large bead of clear silicon to the bottom side of the flange to properly seal the flange with your sink bowl before you reinstall it.
If a stopper does not lift straight out, it is being held in by the horizontal rod. Behind the drain pipe under the sink is a horizontal rod connected to the lift rod via the strap. The horizontal rod is held in place by a nut. Remove the nut and pull the horizontal rod straight away from the pipe about an inch. The stopper should now come free of the
drain.
