Purchased two of these faucets for a bathroom remodel. Almost immediately the handle would not stay on when lifted. It would immediately fall back down. I reached out to Delta and they sent me a handle kit. However, the handle kit did not come with the bonnet nut and indicator which are necessary items. following the directions to remove the handle breaks, the plastic valve underneath. Upon closer inspection to the replacement handle kit, it contains a slightly different handle and the bonnet that was sent is smaller than what was removed. I would reconsider purchasing these. While it looks sleek and modern, it does not perform well or last long.

Extremely low water flow
We didn't realize until after installation that the water flow is extremely low. I read the description afterwards that these are designed that way...so shame on me. We're looking to replace them with a similar-looking, higher flow model.
They're OK for a guest bath, but not the master bathroom. The wife ain't happy at all.

Is this available without a pop-up assembly?
I have a wide basin sink with two faucets and only one drain so I need faucets without a pop up and just use a push down drain.

Thank you for your question. We do not currently make a PP (Project Pack) version of the faucet that does not include a pop-up assembly. However, the model 567LF-LPU does not include a drain assembly.

Thank you for your question. The aerator for the Delta Ara Lavatory 567LF-SSLPU faucet can be removed by simply pulling the aerator straight down firmly, with needle nose pilers, from the end of the spout assembly. Clean the aerator by soaking in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight.

WHat are the differences between 581LF-GPM-PP, 581LF-HGM-PP, and 581LF-PP ?? I see the -GPM faucet uses less water but I dont see any other differences between the other models?

Will escutcheon (part number RP78358) cover a 8" centerset?
We bought this for a vanity top with a predrilled 8" centerset faucet setup. That means the the base plate or "Escutcheon" needs to be 9".
Will part number RP78358 cover the holes? If not, is there a part number that will with this faucet? Thanks.

Thank you for your question! This escutcheon plate is only 6" long and it is meant to be used as a 4" center install. Unfortunately, we do not have any longer escutcheon plates that will work as an 8" center install.

The handle on the faucet, during most occasions will not stay up or have a continued water stream. It falls back down under its own weight. The model doesn't have set screws, can you provide me instructions on how to tighten the handle / remove it? Thx

Remove the handle and bonnet cap without using tools by pulling straight off. Securely tighten the bonnet nut using a 7/8” socket or box wrench, being careful not to damage the nut.
Handle droop may be based on one or more factors of handle weight, cartridge torque, and house water pressure.

This looks like the 581LF model, aside from slight diffs in the height, spout height + spout reach. How do I know which one to buy for to decrease water splashing on my counters? I would pair it with an undermount sink, if that matters.

The Delta 567LF-BLGPM-PP is recommended to have the water land close to the pop-up assembly to prevent splashing. The depth of the sink will also determine if the faucet splashes.

This faucet is in a one year old Pahlisch Homes home I just purchased. It doesn’t stay up in most positions and not at all in the center. I can’t find a hex screw to tighten. Please help.

Handle dropping may be based on one or more factors of handle weight, cartridge torque, and house water pressure. An immediate fix may be popping the screwless handle and cap off, and then tightening the bonnet nut. The handle should pull straight up and off. If the issue remains, the cartridge may need to be replaced.
For model 567LF-PP, we also redesigned the handle to be lighter, and this should be fixed for current models.
