Love the design … design flaw aerator
It’s been a month and a half dealing with 3 different customer service reps and 9 hours of waiting on hold in total for Delta which has been uneventful. I can’t get usps delivered in the mountains only P.O. Box and Delta won’t send FEDEX UPS. Well after 3rd try Delta sent them same exact faulty aerators in a four foot box 😂 which of course don’t work. Water sprays all over the vanity. I looked at other reviews here and someone post aerator solution to this Delta faux pas. Thank you to the problem solver. I will no longer be dealing with Delta in the future. Totally frustrated.

Sturdy but dirty
This is a very sturdy and durable faucet, but the flat surface does not let water roll off and there are constantly water marks. Since this faucet is in a high use public area we have to wipe it down after each use to keep it from looking spotted and dirty..

Aerator Solution
As many have posted, the fixture itself looks and performs great. However, the aerator that it comes with is horrible. However, there is a solution. The aerator can be replaced with the
PCA® Slim® Cascade® SLC® SSR Aerator (Part No. : 8400023), available at: https://aerator.com/products/8400023
The threads are difficult to match up when replacing, but with some extra care to not strip the threads or misalign the new aerator, it works great! I installed the new aerator on my bathroom faucet and I'm very pleased.
It's a shame that Delta "Customer Service" seems indifferent to and uninterested in addressing the problem. Thankfully, there IS a solution out there.

Nice-looking when it's not in use
This faucet (or another Delta unit that looks exactly like it) came with our new home. It looks great, but the spray pattern is really wonky. Sometimes it comes out nice and even, sometimes it's all over the place -- as if it has some gunk in the aerator. Our builder, however, says the aerator can't be replaced. This is very disappointing! Delta do you have any solutions here?

Ordered the bathroom faucet it came on time installed it myself only had to go to hardware store to buy longer water lines to hook it up
Looks awesome a week later we were at a high end hotel and using the rest room i noticed they had the same faucet then knew I made a good choice

Delta Modern 1.2 GPM Single Hole Bathroom Faucet
I bought 4 of these faucets, they look nice and thought the water flow would be good because of the name. I was wrong the water comes out fast, sloopy and splatters all over the countertop. Also, its loud I think. I'm noy happy with these at all and I would not recommend them.

Beautiful Sink, Terrible Water Stream
I recently purchased two of these faucets for my master bathroom. The sinks are beautiful and very heavy duty/sturdy. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we’d installed them that we realized how terrible the sink aerator and stream is. The water comes out at such a high pressure and in such small, thin streams that water hits the drain cover and sprays all over the vanity. Washing our hands in the sink is impossible without spraying water all over the place.
These sinks were not cheap, and we’re super disappointed in the final product. Unfortunately we’re now stuck with them. I wish we’d known before we spent the time installing and when we still had a chance to return them!

Poor Aerator Design - Sprays Everywhere!
I purchased a bunch of these for my new home and I did not read about the aerator before hand. It sprays everywhere and is so messy. I would not have purchased these. The pictures online are fake and not the real version of the stream problem. Delta please help fix this problem and develop a regular solid stream aerator for this Modern version.

Disappointing
Visually this faucet is just what I was looking for. squared off design in brushed nickel for a contemporary look. As long as I just look at it and don't USE it..... it's great. The finish magnifies any water stain and the design of the handle over the faucet means when you turn it off with your wet hand, the water from your hand falls on to it and you must towel it dry or else..... It just gets annoying as even after drying, it never gets totally clean so DAILY I am polishing this faucet twice a day as it's in my master bath and gets lots of use. I am looking to replace it already after 3 months.

Misleading description of faucet
This faucet supposedly includes a "pop-up" drain. What is actually included is a lever drain - not the "push" pop-up drain one expects when the description reads "pop-up drain." When you search this site for "pop-up drain" what you see are the "push pop-up" drains not the more typical lever drains. Ferguson - make your description clear so that customers are not mislead, confused and disappointed by your products (plus delays on site). The faucet is great - it's only the drain ("pop-up") description which I take issue with.

Looks great, spout not long enough
I never thought I'd have to check the spout length. I assumed they would all be long enough to reach over the end of the sink. This faucet looks great, but to watch your pants, you will be up against the back of the sink and it's very awkward and not exactly efficient or helpful. I've lived with it for a year because I didn't feel like replacing it, but will be soon. I almost never use that faucet and opt for the kitchen sink instead to wash my hands because it's THAT annoying. I warn any guests too because it's embarrassing how stupid the design is.

Water supply lines
I looked at the specifications of the supply lines that are included and it stated they are 14/12 inches long. Is there any way to change them since I need lines longer than that length.

Thank you for your question. The supply lines on the Delta Ara 567LF-SSPP are not designed to be removed or replaced. However, we do make a Delta Ara Vessel 767LF-SS faucet that has 35" (889 mm) and 36" (914 mm).

Is the Escutcheon included? The installation instructions state this is an optional item.

How do I clean Delta Faucet 567LF-SSPP
Hello Robin,
Thank you for your inquiry! Failure to properly clean and care for a faucet will cause damage that is not covered by the warranty. Although the finish is extremely durable it is possible to damage it. A comprehensive list of cleaners is impossible to recommend because of the variety of materials that are a part of our many models of faucets. What may be fine for a spout may damage a handle.
To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Stubborn hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measure is needed, a solution of 50% white vinegar (never Apple vinegar) could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.
If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Bar Keepers Friend Foaming is an effective cleaner of hard water spotting.
Caution: Vinegar can permanently damage porous rock surfaces such as granite or limestone countertops. Use extreme care if such a surface is in the vicinity.
To soak a faucet or part still on a faucet:
1. Mix white vinegar and tap water to a half and half proportion.
2. Put a rag or towel in the solution to soak it up.
3. Wrap the rag or towel around the part.
4. Let sit for up to an hour or so.
5. Use the rag or a clean, soft toothbrush to scrub the remaining hard water buildup.
o Avoid harsh abrasives or polish
o Avoid bleach-based cleaners
o Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner.
o Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents.
o Because cleaning formulas can change without notice, Delta Faucet Company does not endorse any specific cleaner.

Delta Faucet 567LF-SSPP How do you remove water spots from this faucet?

Thank you for you question. Normally, we recommend to always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward.

Is this available without a pop-up assembly?
I have a wide basin sink with two faucets and only one drain so I need faucets without a pop up and just use a push down drain.
