Delta® Touch2O® with Touchless Technology helps keep your bathroom clean by giving you three ways to operate your faucet: manually with the handle, with a simple touch anywhere on the spout or handle, or by placing your hands near the faucet. The high-tech capacitance sensing capabilities of Touchless faucets allow the flow of water to be activated by breaking the capacitance field anywhere around the device, unlike traditional hands-free infrared sensors which require your hands be in a particular place and are sensitive to lighting conditions and clothing and skin color. WaterSense® labeled faucets use at least 20% less water than the industry standard — helping you save water without compromising performance. You can install with confidence, knowing that this faucet is backed by Delta Faucet's Lifetime Limited Warranty on non-electronic parts and finishes and 5-Year Limited Warranty on electronic parts.

It is in our guest powder room and the neighbors always mention the neat faucet after a visit to the facilities. Having the touchless on/off was important to me for this particular room. I had the plumber install it and it was a 10 min job.......super straightforward.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor design Recently installed this faucet on a project and discovered that in order for the auto function to work, the handle needs to be in the up/on position. This defeats the purpose of a hands free faucet if the handle is always on. Poor design.

It cleans up well and the water pressure is strong compared to my old faucet.I would recommend this brand and style to anyone looking to update without breaking the bank.

The simple design blended well with my small size bathroom and was a elegant way to upgrade my sink without replacing the entire thing. Children love it and I love the No Touch Technology most because of the elimination of spreading and sharing germs during the hand washing process.

It was very easy to install, however, if you could make it where the water lines will hook directly into the water shutoff valves instead of having the small check valves (which could easily be over torqued) it would make the easy of installation even easier. I'm not too sure on how long the plastic on the sink plunger will last being that it is plastic instead of the metal most of them come with. We have one of the smaller single sink vanities from Home Depot, so under the sink is a very tight fit but it will work. The more room under your sink the more room you will have for longer lines and battery box. Overall, the first time I tried the sink, after full install, the faucet worked perfectly. As long as you use the step by step instructions and not go commando, anyone can install it. A pair of channel locks works great for tightening the plastic piece underneath the sink plunger. As far as functionality, it's a great faucet!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from single handle with touch technology i replaced my bathroom faucet after 25 yrs. and installation wasn't diffucult. the faucet looked great and it made for it easy not having to turn on faucet when your hands is lathered up with soap or shampoo. just need to switch the handle if you want hot or cold water. i would recommand this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful, hands free faucet. Over all I am happy with the faucet. It was easy to install using the directions given. The look of the faucet is great. It is easy to wipe clean and looks great in my bathroom. I like not having to turn the faucet on and off when my hands are dirty , but at times, it does not always turn off after taking your hands away from the faucet. There are times that you have to touch the faucet when done to make it turn off. At times when it is not in use, it does drip and I am not sure why that is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pleased and impressed It was rather easy to install, I had no problems at any point of installation. I love how elegant looking it is and the touch component is so amazing. The water shuts off after a few seconds itself, love that. Unlike other faucets with single handle where you have to put the handle in just the right spot for your warm water setting. Which I find aggravating and wasteful of water THIS faucet is different, when you put the handle anywhere centered it's the perfect warm water temp.

Can the Zura with touch tech. be used with a wall mounted sink that has an exposed pea trap?

I have a wall mounted sink only with one hole. I will use a nice finished pea trap and can hid the electronic box up under the sink. There is no cabinet for the sink. Can I do this with this faucet?

Thank you for your question, Carol. The solenoid assembly and wires should hang freely below the sink. We recommend placing the battery box placed on the floor of the cabinet or, such as in your installation, the floor itself. Is this faucet available as touch only with no proximity feature?

Dear Richard, Thank you for your question. The Proximity/Hands-free feature can be turned off on the Delta Zura Lavatory Touch2O.xt Technology 574T-DST faucet. However, we do not make a touch lavatory faucet without the Proximity/Hands-free feature. For the model D574TDST is the pull to operate the drain on the back? Also, do I get the same faucet if I buy it from Home Depot or Fergeuson's plumbing supply? People have said that the Home Depot versions are lower quality. Thanks

Hello Bill, Thank you for your question. We appreciate your interest in Delta faucets. Yes, the lift rod on the back of the Delta Zura Lavatory 574T-DST faucet lifts up to engage. All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them. Delta retail dealers usually sell faucets that include the handles in the boxes. Plumbing professionals and Delta Studio Showrooms sell faucets where the faucets and handles are packaged and sold separately ("LHP" models), giving the customer some additional styling choices. How do you clean screen. Mine is clogged and water trickles out

Hi, Ellen! Thank you for your question. The Delta 574T-DST faucet does have a stream straightener, RP90441. This can be pulled straight out of the spout to remove. Once removed, this can be soaked in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution to clean. This can be soaked for an hour or overnight to clean any debris that maybe causing the flow issue. Does it have to be installed on the sink? I wanted it to be counter mounted.

Dear Marie, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Zura Lavatory 574T-DST faucet can be installed on your counter top instead of the sink. You would just need to make sure it has the proper clearance, the electronic parts and wires do not interfere with the sink and the supply lines reach your hot and cold shut off valves. What is the height with the faucet turned on so the touch will work?  (i.e. 8" plus what)

Thank you for your question, P B K! Although we do not offer an exact measurement, model 574T-BL-DST should measure approximately an inch to an inch and half taller with the handle upright depending on if an optional escutcheon plate is being used as well. Best regards, Edward

Hello, I have the Zura fixtures in champagne bronze. Can you tell me the best way to clean them? They tend to keep a lot of water spots daily. Is there a cleaner I should or should not use? Thank you.

Hi, Audrey! Thank you for your question. We appreciate your purchase and are happy to help guide you with the best care recommendations for your new product. Although our finishes are extremely durable, they may be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, we recommend simply wiping with a gentle damp cloth and then blotting dry with a soft towel. If water deposits are especially troublesome, you may use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to remove them. White vinegar is strong enough to dissolve mineral deposits, yet mild enough not to damage our finishes. Note: Please be aware white vinegar may stain some porous materials like untreated stone. If you have an unsealed tile or counter top, please take care when cleaning your products. If you’d prefer using a chemical cleaning product, our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastic® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer’ instructions. Any cleaners not listed above may be tried if they do not contain hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids or similar caustic agents. Some examples of chemical cleaners to avoid are: green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, and Soft Scrub and Tile Cleaner. Note: Any products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust will most likely harm the finished products.
