Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great handle but trim plate is flimsy. The Ashlyn trim looks really nice at first but pretty soon you realize how thin and somewhat flimsy the plate is. I would be more impressed if they made it a little thicker since the style is beautiful. The handle is very substantial and has a solid metal feel so it looks almost mismatched against the thin trim plate.

What does white plastic ring used for

Hi Catmando, thank you for your interest in the T14051-SS! The RP29569 spacer goes inside the sleeve and is used to help provide a more secure installation when the sleeve is slid forward on the valve. I have a Delta valve T14051-RB. At least once a day water falls out of the shower head even with the valve being completely closed. The valve seems to be leaking water thru to the shower head. Is there a washer or part that needs to be replaced?

Hi Trekman84, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T14051-RB Dryden™ Monitor® 14 Series Valve Only Trim In Venetian Bronze. We will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible. It can be normal for a showerhead to drip after being turned off as the showerhead is emptying its reservoir of water. If the faucet continues to leak from the showerhead, recommended maintenance is to replace the seats and springs RP4993 in the legs of the cartridge. We also recommend flushing and cleaning the valve.
