How can I tell if this kit goes with the valve in my shower? Do you have a way to figure out which rough in valve is in my wall? We want to update.

Single handle chrome escutcheon and handle in place, we want to replace with oil rubbed bronze.

Hi Frizzle, Thank you for your question. Please check on the plate directly under the handle for a series number. This trim will work with an existing 1300/1400 series rough-in using the RP19804 cartridge or any Delta rough-in manufactured after September 2006 (MultiChoice R10000). Best regards, Jon

I purchased T14059-BL for my new build from Ferguson in 2024. After 9 months of use, the valve cartridge has already failed. I cannot stop the shower from dripping. What cartridge is the replacement for the one in this set? I need to order ASAP. Thanks.

Do you carry a Trinsic shower trim escutcheon extension? The tiler did not set the tile the proper amount back/out from the in-wall valve, consequently, the trim escutcheon will not screw flush against the wall.

Hello Paulmc, Thank you for your inquiry! The Stem extension kit RP77991 can be ordered to allow for an additional 1 3/4" wall thickness. The RP77991 ships with chrome escutcheon screws. What is the diameter of the inner circle?

I have the Monitor 14 series of the Trinsic shower valve - the water temperature is too cold in the setting from the factory - how can I change it so that the water can come out hotter?
