We recently had this trim installed in our new shower and even though the water flow is nice, we can't seem to get it hot enough, even with the handle all the way up (vertically). We had the plumbing contractor come back out and he appeared to adjust something, but it's still just warm and not as hot as we would like it. Is there a valve restriction on this product to keep it "warm" rather than as hot as we would like it?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So fancy! I received this sample of a Delta shower head with hot/cold handle T14233-SS. It was fairly easy to install with the directions that it came with. Once installed, the shower worked very well. The amount of water that came out was wonderful for my aching muscles. It made rinsing off a breeze. Delta never let's me down with their quality products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Back plate won’t stay on The style is nice but the back plate on the shower trim keeps coming loose! Is there a trick to putting it on?? There is a set screw under the set screw cap does that hold it on? I didn’t install it this happened once we started using it and I get it on and it comes loose again. Any advice ??

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dripping shower head The shower head is a nice design, however I have had to have my contractor out 2X after installation as it continues to drip all day long after using. He said the tube inside is plastic instead of metal. And he can't get it to stop dripping! Help!

What is the minimum water pressure your shower valve is designed for, or do you have any shower valves that are designed to work with a minimum water pressure of 15PSI.

We are happy to help! We recommend water pressure between 30 and 100 psi for our pressure-balanced faucets. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee performance at 15 psi for our faucets. I have a Delta model T14233-SS. When I go to install the trim piece for the shower valve the set screw for the trim piece is on the right side of the valve and the diagram is a quarter turn off. I is there a fix for this?

Is this trim plastic or metal. Also I need matching diverted for second shower head could you give model number for the diverted valve

I have a shower faucet installed in my bathroom in the year 2000, it’s the gold trim. I don’t have a model number for it. I have water leaking around the faucet body, I’m sure it’s either a gasket or o-ring, I need the complete valve assembly also.
