While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, Delta soft rubber Touch-Clean® spray holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. Delta® pressure-balance valves use Monitor® Technology to protect you and your family from sudden temperature changes. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty but not the best This shower trim set is aesthetically pretty, and I do want to thank this website/store for delivering in an extremely timely manner. However, the trim itself is very cheap. I had this set and another set and had the plumber choose. Despite me preferring the finish on this (champagne bronze), the set itself feels way too flimsy, with a sort of foamy, thin, plastic type liner on the inside of the shower trim. The other brand had a thick strip of water resistant foam. Due to the excellent and honest shipping time, I will be purchasing from here again but this particular item is going back.

Will monitor 14 trim kits fit 600 models?

Thank you for your question, Artman. This trim will work with a MultiChoice R10000 Rough-In Valve or an existing 1400 Series valve and cartridge (RP19804). If you have a 600 Series, the valve will first need to be replaced. How to increase water pressure

How can you increase the water pressure with these units? Thanks,

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T14238 is a single function pressure balanced cartridge shower system. The user is only changing the temperature of the faucet. The volume or water pressure cannot be changed. We do manufacture a system where you can change the temperature and the volume with model # T17238.

Does this product have a temperature sensor? We cannot get hot water to the shower but have it everywhere else.

Hi Greg, Thank you for your question. This unit has a pressure balance cartridge to maintain a consistent temperature (+/- 3 degrees). It does not sense the temperature. If you are not able to get hot water, please adjust the Rotational Limit Stop. Will it fit, and do I need accessories

I have a Delta Pro 1400 series shower (no tub) that's about 15 years old. I'm renovating the shower, and would like to purchase the Lahara T14238. Will this fit the current delta valve? thanks,

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T14238-RB will work with your existing valve except for the new cartridge that comes with the valve. You will want to use your old cartridge with your older valve. If that also needs replaced, then you will need to order Delta Faucet model # RP19804.

HOW DO YOU SET THE SHOWER HEAD ON THE T14238-SS. I TRIED, BUT ANYWAY I TURN IT, NOTHING CHAGES. IT COMES OUT LIKE A POWER WAHSER. PAINFUL ON SKIN.

This shower shower head that comes with the Delta Lahara 14 Series Shower T14238-SS model spray settings include: Full Body spray, Full Spray with Massage, Massaging spray, Soft Drench with Full spray and the Pause feature.
