Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great, but does not work so! I purchased this product on 7/26/17 for a complete remodeling project. It looks great . However, there are two big problems. First, the shower head leaks . Some water comes out of the shower head and the rest flows out from the top. I read the previous reviews and thought the design problem causing this problem was corrected. Not so. It's still there. Second, I can not get any hot water. Not the best experience. With all other options in the market, I would avoid the hassle and pick something else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love design but shower head is leaking from the top I got this shower head and 2 matching faucets for the bathroom sinks and another faucet for the tub. I loved the sleek design! Unfortunately the shower head is now leaking water from the top of the shower head where the 2 shower head parts connect. I just called Delta and they are sending a replacement part. Although I'm disappointed that it's already leaking, I'm really happy that they stand behind their products and so quickly resolved my problem. I would recommend this product since I read in the reviews that they have redesigned the shower head to resolve this issue.

Delta has been great on replacing the head but already needing a fourth shower head now. Trying a new shower head this time. Will keep you posted.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fantastic design. Leaky head. No warm water. This oil-rubbed bronze shower trim can't be beat at this price for the design. The head pivots a bit, which is a nice feature. I'd say it's a hybrid between the traditional showerhead and a rainfall head. The handle feels fairly solid. How it actually functions is the problem. Showerhead leaks, but more importantly, no warm water is coming out. Professionally installed, purchased the recommended new Delta rough-in valve, followed the instructions, looked for the component to adjust hot/cold, but there wasn't any component to adjust hot/cold. So if you like great design and cold-only showers, this is your go-to showerhead.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Shower head started to leak Looks great and the shower stream is really nice. After 2 months of use the top plate started to leak. The head is a 2 pc design held in place by screws. Water is starting to squirt through the screws. Pretty lame

After a few exchanges due to my ignorance in the differences in valves, I was able to get the same trim package that worked with the valve that was installed. The trim really dresses up the shower and bathroom nicely. I like the rain affect and the simple design.

Can you order just the shower head, valve body, and valve finsh trim? (Model#: T14253) And what would the cost be?

Hi, Duncan! Thank you for your question. The T14253 will include the trim kit for the handle and the shower head with shower arm and flange. Can this shower head be used as regular head or must it be used only as a rain head?

I realize the arm that comes with this trim would not support this use and can work around that so please consider just the head performance in your answer.

Will the Vero T14253-SS fit in the valve for a Porter 142984 BN-A

The valve on a Porter 142984-BN-A is already in the wall behind marble, but we want a square valve and shower head

How long is the arm?

How long is the arm from the end to the bend?

Hi Glenno, Thank you for your question. The RP46870RB shower arm that comes with the model T14253-RB shower faucet trim measures 15-9/32" from the wall to the center of the water stream. The arm is 16" long. I have attached the spec sheet for this model below. Hi, Cheryl! Thank you for your question. The Delta Monitor T14253-CZ Shower Trim Kit will work with any of our ceiling mount shower arm. We have three sizes in the Champagne Bronze finish. The Delta U4996-CZ is 3" long. The Delta RP61058CZ is 6" in length. The Delta U4999-CZ is 10" in length.
