It is very solid and high quality, and was relatively easy to install. It has worked well. My only complaint is that I'm not crazy about the shower head that is included. The H20 Kinetic feature is neat, but it feels unusual. This probably won't be a concern for most people, and the shower head could be easily replaced.

Such a great transitional design and excellent value for the money. I especially love the color of this particular gold finish and our hard water spots just wipe right off because the coating seems very high quality.

The matte black is a good true matte black. BEAUTIFUL! The champagne bronze is not bronze enough for my taste. It is borderline chrome. They function wonderfully and make good pressure even when the pressure isn't that high.

It looks good and performs well. My plumber is in love with delta products. We use the valve with the shut offs on the valve body. Which makes it easy to work on if there is ever an issue.

Slip on installation for the tub spout

The details on the slip on installation for the tub spout is very minimal. What is the length of the pipe from the wall? Also, does any caulk need to be used? also, it says to tighten the set screen, but the white plastic middle is in the way and does not have a whole? Is the adapter supposed to be inside the white plastic piece in the middle? Very poor instructions!!

Thank you for your question, Kevin. The tub spout will include a brass slip-on adapter (RP33794) that you can remove from the tub spout. The 1/2&quot; copper pipe should extend 2&quot; to 4&quot; from the finished wall. Install the adapter so that there is a 1/4&quot; to 1/2&quot; between the adapter and the finished wall. Tighten the set screw, then thread the tub spout onto the adapter. Best regards, Jon

Hi, I am looking into updating the shower/bath trim in my bathroom&gt; I currently have a delta system installed and I am looking to update with a black trim system. &nbsp;Is there a way to avoid updating valves? Thx

Hello Julie, Thank you for your question. As long as the screw holes on your current Delta 13/1400 series large round escutcheon plate are at the 1 and 7 o'clock positions and you do not have a push button shower diverter directly below the off and on handle, then The Delta Trinsic Tub and Shower T14459-BL trim kit and any of our other trim kits that start with a T13 or a T14 will interchange for you, without having to replace the rough-in valve body in the wall. The cartridges that come with the new trim kits may not fit your valve body, so you may need to reuse your existing cartridge. Best regards, Tanya

When shopping for this online (wayfair) it lists 4 required valves including a universal mixing rough-in valve, multichoice universal tub and shower valve body, etc.. are all 4 required, or only 1?

We are shopping the Trinsic line in Matte Black. What is the material these are made of. I am a contractor so I know Depot, build sometimes have different versions than my supplier does. We did not want plastic

My T14459-BLLHD tub and shower trim kit came with the slip on adapter. &nbsp;I have a 1/2&quot; brass nipple coming out of the wall. &nbsp;The instructions show varying spouts, so I am not sure if the install approach is universal for Delta spouts.&nbsp;Advice?&nbsp;
