Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piecemeal Product Incorrectly Built by Delta I purchased this in January 2022. My wife and I bought it because the brand new ones were on backorder; we figured a "recertified" one, rebuilt by the manufacturer themselves and at a lower cost, would be a safe bet. WRONG. Delta sent this product without a bonnet nut - a key component to keep the valve and stem in place. How do I know it didn't have the bonnet? Because when my contractor turned the water back on to the house the handle blew off and highly pressurized water spewed from the unit, flooding our bathroom. When the contractor inspected the unit he found that someone at Delta not only forgot to include the bonnet nut but also glued parts into place that should not have been glued. He said in his decades of work in the business he had never seen anything so poorly and suspiciously built. When I brought it to Delta's attention I only received attitude from the "customer service" representative, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Never once did I receive an apology nor explanation from anyone. The contractor crew spent the rest of the day cleaning up the mess caused by Delta's negligence (that I paid for in more ways than one). Steer clear of this shady "recertified" junk, especially considering the high price tag and what you get (or don't) from it. I did successfully return it but the process took months. Not only was my experience with this product negative, so it was with the company and I can't see myself ever purchasing anything from them again.

Do you have an aerator wrench or key for this tub filler?

Unfortunately, this is not currently available to order through our website. If a dealer does not carry a specific item in stock, they should still be able to place an order for you. Is the finish scratched or pitted? Can it be returned if it is unacceptable?
