Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Faucet Purchased this because a friend had one and I loved it. Faucet is wonderful but the soap dispenser is hard to push down because it's flat on top compared to my old one. Also the soap would be nice if it came out at an angle not straight down.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bought as Recertified The faucet arrived well packed and appeared to be brand new. Just so much hype over the ShieldSpray® Technology and MagnaTite® Docking. The ShieldSpray® Technology Docking is nothing special. It’s just as messy as my previous sprayer, but with a fraction of the force. What does aggravate me is that the spray wand does not have is a heavy enough weight attached to pull the wand back to the faucet mount and will just dangle until you place it back. Overall, just not what I was expecting.

Wonderful to have a kitchen faucet with a nice, high arc so we can fit pots underneath to fill with water when cooking. The integrated, pull-down sprayer allows for more focused use of the spray function. We opted to not install the soap dispenser so our plumber just capped that opening.

how do I remove the pump from the dispenser head of the soap dispenser?  I need to replace the pump as it is no longer working.

So when you say Recertified, does this mean it is a used product? I am considering this as an option but concerned about the 10 Year Limited Warranty and if it follow's to me the owner when purchased?
