Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good looking faucet but spray head is terrible This is a great LOOKING faucet, but the spray head is terrible. The ShieldSpray feature is not especially useful and doesn’t live up to the claims of removing heavier deposits without excessive splashing. Since that “feature” is included, the regular spray design and flow pattern is very poor. Do not expect a full circular spray. A few water sprays on opposite sides of the spray head provide poor spray coverage. The design also means the conventional flow nozzle is offset and smaller in size than it really should be. If there was a compatible, more conventional replacement spray head I’d like to know.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, stylish kitchen faucet Today, my son and I replaced our delta faucet because of cartridge issues. It is difficult to find closed positions. After 10 years, it's still working very well. I'm guessing it should still be on the warranty. Anyways, this faucet looks stylish and installed without problem. But for some reason, metall trim ring (4) were missing, only foam gasket (1). That very disappointed me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Install difficulties Same issue as another reviewer. Plastic bracket for the under mount did not fit to slide up the threaded base. Had to use a Dremel to remove protruding plastic and widen the hole in the bracket.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just OK Not happy about several features and wish I had seen it in operation prior to purchase. The spray cpmes out on two sides instead of in a circle as most sprayers do. Installing the faucet has somehow reduced the water pressure and it is very annoying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from QC issues No instructions in the box (although this was available online) and the bracket for mounting had a ridge inside of it that required removing so that it would install correctly. I’m an engineer and have a lot of tools (used a Dremel tool to remove the bracket ridge); however feel sorry for someone without the tools or recognition to modify the bracket. My son in law installed one of these at his house about 3 months ago and had the same issue which is likely a result of the injection molding process. This represents poor quality control; however the rest of the faucet parts worked.

The new kitchen faucet that I recently purchased not only was extremely easy to install but, work’s better and has more features and easier to swivel from one side of the sink to the other but also looks more solid with cleaner lines than the unit originally installed. Not just a replacement but definitely an upgrade.

I have a Hyde model kitchen faucet and the water pressure has noticeably been reduced recently. Is there a filter that might be clogged, or some other remedy?

Hi Tom2038, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19801Z-SPSD-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! I recommend cleaning or replacing the aerator where the water comes out. The included plastic wrench can be used or a replacement aerator and wrench are available as RP90248. Also, check the flow with the aerator removed to troubleshoot if the issue remains and to help flush out the faucet of any trapped debris or sediment. Clean or soak the aerator and sprayer with 50/50 white vinegar and water to help remove any mineral buildup that may be causing the issue. If the issue remains after soaking the sprayer and there is good flow with the sprayer removed, the spray wand may need to be replaced. I just had the Hyde #19801Z-SPSD-DST installed a few weeks ago.  My question is the Hot water does not seem to be as hot as my other household faucets.  Does this model have the handle limit stop?  The manual states it is optional.  Thank you.

Home Depot specs says that the Hyde is made from stainless steel, is that correct? And the Marca is made from metal. When it says metal, what metal?

I need to drill a hole in our granite countertop to center and install this faucet. The soap dispenser will use the old, off centered hole. What size bit should I use to accommodate the faucet?

How do i remove the aerator? I have the "Key" that came with it but the piece just seems to spin indefinitely
