Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delta Lenta pull down faucet The kitchen faucet is solid, elegant, installed easily (I engaged a plumber for this), and works well. My only reservation, which dropped the rating from 5 to 4 stars, is the supply lines are plastic instead of stainless steel braid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice addition to the new kitchen When I first put the faucet into operation, it leaked when it was on in the touch mode. Delta sent me a new solenoid, that corrected the issue. It works fine right now. Customer service was very efficient In correcting the issue.

Tighten handle. How?

Asked by: Keith
Hi Keith, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19802TZ-DST. This handle attachment system utilizes a self-tapping hex head handle screw pre-installed in the cartridge stem that traps the handle between the cartridge stem and the screw flange. 1. Thread the self-tapping screw into the hole in the cartridge stem leaving at least a 1/8" gap using a 1/8" hex key. The screw will cut it's own threads into the stem. 2. Push the handle onto the stem. 3. Finish tightening the screw with a 1/8" hex key to secure the handle. Please reach out with any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan

Do the valves need to be installed on the supply stop? I have a filtration system and would need to attach valves above this. Also can this touch feature be bypassed? Some reviews indicate if the valves stop working the faucet stops.

Asked by: Shawn
Hi Shawn, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Yes, the 19802TZ-DST supply lines can be installed to the filtration system with the right connections. The easiest way to make our Delta touch models manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise making them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best Regards, Nicole Digital Communications Specialist

My Delta Lenta Touch2O suddenly lost some water pressure. I just bought this in April 2021.

Asked by: noelafe7
Hi noelafe7, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with our Delt Faucet Lenta™ Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Chrome MODEL#: 19802TZ-DST. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Low flow is normally caused by a blockage or debris, we would recommend flushing the faucet to increase the flow. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process, also grab a towel, and a bucket. Please follow the next set of instructions, which can also be found on page 7 of the maintenance and installation sheet. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/106559%20Rev%20D.pdf To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us back with any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

Does this faucet have a flow restrictor? The water pressure coming out of the faucet is really low.

Asked by: Amber
Hello Amber, Thank you for your question! We apologize for the inconveniences you are experiencing and will be happy to help you. The Delta LENTA Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology MODEL# 19802TZ-DST does not have a flow restrictor. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. Please feel free to contact us back for further assistance. Best Regards, Kelley
