Thankful for the sprayer built into the handle and the ease of being able to pull the faucet out to clean everything including the sink edges. Thankful that the stream of water is changeable by a button and only changes to a spray of water if we want that. We are thankful for the clean lines of the faucet, simply beautiful. We only wish the finish didn't show water spots so easily but we are cleaning off the droplets each time. This affordable and useful faucet is a major upgrade from our last one.

I've had this faucet installed in my home for about 10 years, trouble free, until recently. I developed a leak from the cartridge after 10 years of service. I purchased a replacement cartridge ( Delta branded ) from a local hardware store. The replacement started leaking after just 4 months. I called Delta and they sent a new part free of charge very quickly. Somehow during the faucet overhaul, I lost the small retainer clip that holds the hose nut onto the sprayer. I called Delta to find out if I can purchase this small part. Instead, they sent out a complete new hose along with a new sprayer, again, free of charge! I was not loyal to any faucet brand before these recent calls to customer service. Delta went above and beyond to take care of my concerns. I am a Delta customer for life! Outstanding!

I have been trying to locate to purchase this faucet. NO ONE OF THE BOX STORES CAN PULL IT UP ON THEIR COMPUTER and consequently cannot help me. I have spoken to your home office three times and they keep referring me to the same stores. HELP !!

When barely turning on hot water it flows warm, not hot. Is there a way to adjust low flow to be hot?

Hi Charlie, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19810-BL-DST. Unfortunately, there is no adjustment to increase the temperature. After a cartridge replacement, the handle has lost actual contact with the flow/temperature control stick. Is this under warranty (10-yrs old), and do we replace the handle or stuff that was in its center holding the thin stick/lever?

I have seen this faucet quoted as 13.1" in height and 14 -1/8 " in height . Which is it?
