Rated 2 out of 5 by BuyMohen from Don't Buy This Faucet I recently (1 month) bought this faucet from my local Home Depot and it looked great. I didn't need the 2 different sprayer options so the button failing isn't a concern of mine. Personally I'd rather have the normal flow on the head and in lieu of the different spray, have that button to lock the head on. I never use the extension but it seems every faucet has that option these days. My problem with this started with installation- for a company that made almost 8 billion dollars in 2023- you would think they could hire a marketing team to produce individual installation videos for their products- except they don't. Installation was pretty easy after googling some stuff- the instructions were useless imo I"m not new to faucet installation but don't even bother reading them. My main problem is that they included the cheapest, plastic "allen wrench" to tighten their faucet- and of course it loosened after maybe a week. I've been so annoyed that I put it off until now and am having to buy the tool required to actually tighten this. Overall- just go with a different faucet. For the money this is cheap and the company could care less about customer service.

Tried vinegar, grease, every trick on the web and to no avail. I have an expensive non-spraying faucet now, and no option to purchase a replacement part. I now read several other reviews and questions that are the same issue.

The spray is the most functional that I've experienced with past kitchen faucets, as it is easy to direct and to prevent over-spray.

The Classic 19810-SS-DST faucet came with instructions that show MANY models but do NOT show this model. Had to find new instructions on Delta's website. Lazy Delta executives should try finding this model in Delta instructions & installing this particular unit to experience the frustration it causes. Took two men over two hours to install it correctly. Clearly Delta is too cheap to print instructions for the specific model in each box sold. Would not buy again & should have returned it to the store. However, we will document for the retail chain our experience with instructions for this model. Worse still, Delta Videos and printed water line instructions give two different instructions for what ferrules to use. Unless you want a flood, we recommend finding correct instructions, including for PEX lines, or hire a licensed plumber to install it.

Chrome finish is nice, the installation was about a 30 minute job and was extremely easy, especially with a helper. Only complaint about this product is that the sprayer doesn't reset to normal water flow until you toggle the switch on the head back to normal. Would have been nice to have an auto revert when water is turned off.

It was very easy to install, and I like that it has 3 spray settings that are easy to slip through with the switch located on the spray head. The sprayer head has a long length of hose attached to it, and I like that it is part of the faucet itself and not a secondary attachment. I like the high arch of the faucet, and the single knob (handle) for turning the water on and off, as well as adjusting the water temp is great.

I like the high arch and that the sprayer is attached to the faucet instead of as a secondary attachment. There are 3 spray settings, and it is easy to switch between the three with the click button on the sprayer head. The spray head has a nice length of hose attached to it, so I can get every part of my skin easily, as well as add water to or clean a variety of containers with ease. The single handle for the water looks really nice, and is easy to adjust for the perfect water temp...this faucet was exactly what I needed to complete my kitchen!

My wife and I installed it into our kitchen and it was very simple when installing it. This is very well made which is a plus. I like how it shows hot and cold markings. It has a magnet to place your pull down hose securely in place which I think is neat. It has a goose head hose which is my wifes favorite part about this faucet cause she does dishes and now she can reach in deep parts to wash and rinse it! I would highly recommend this Delta Faucet!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ann0254 from So Easy to Install and Magnet Really Holds I wanted this faucet because of the high arc gooseneck for filling deep pots. It certainly does that and more. It turns 360 degrees and has a toggle switch to supply a stream or a directed spray. There is a strong magnet that holds the head when docked for a leak free tight fit. I was replacing a single hole faucet with another single hole faucet, but it does come with a deck plate to fit 1 or 3 holes. It does include supply lines and compression fittings. It was a breeze to install and the gadget they included to install and turn the nuts made the project a lot easier. The classic style of this faucet will fit into any decor scheme. There is a lifetime limited warrantee that is backed up by Delta. There is a free BILT ap that you can get from Apple or Google play that has step-by-step 3D interactive instructions if you need them. We didn't need them.

Poor water flow. How to clean the screen in the faucet head?

We recommend removing the aerator and soaking it with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed.
