Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low Pressure We too are experiencing low pressure. My husband took the head off and the pressure was normal again. We put the head back on and it lowers. That is very annoying. If there is any suggestions on how to change this that would be great. Otherwise we may return it and get a different brand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Low pressure We remodeled our kitchen and was looking to match all the accessories to the oil rub and this line seemed to be a prefect pick, Contractor/plumber installed and after a few days the water pressure got really slow, had the plumber look at it and he cleaned out the screen and the pressure seem to come back, but not really high, but we thought this was how it would be, well now it has happen and few more times and cleaning the screen only seems to help for a short time. Is there any fix or suggestions you can provide outside of replacing it?

If i can't replace the head with one that includes an actually useful round spray pattern, I'm deinstalling this pointless faucet

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult to install The very stiff and fairly long supply hoses are difficult to work with in the tight space under the sink. My previous faucet had very flexible supply hoses. I had to buy 20" flexible extension hoses in order to properly attach the hoses without causing a kink. The instructions could also be improved upon -- better descriptions and drawings. This is not a novice DIY product.

It has been already installed, so I do not wish to pay a plumber to remove and replace or to buy another faucet. I will have to live with it.

We can fit any pot under it now and the head easily detaches and allows for even greater range of motion. Also, it is very pleasing to the eye with a beautiful finish and design. We even use the soap dispenser.

The faucet came with everything needed for the install, so that took no time. The faucet has great water pressure and the pull down faucet allows for easy clean up. The soap dispenser is a good touch. No more having the dish soap bottle in the way. The height makes it easy to clean deep stock pots. It's a win all the way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Functioning Kitchen Faucet from Delta I received the Delta 19814Z-SPSD-DST Kitchen Pull Down Kitchen Faucet with Stream and Spray, plus Soap Dispenser in exchange for my honest review and I could not be more impressed and pleased with it. My handyman husband found this very easy to install using the clear instructions. We have a 2 hole sink, but if you have a 3 or 4 hole sink, there is an included standard fitting plate. I love how well made this faucet is and the ease of use with a single handle for water flow and water temperature. The Stainless Steel finish is beautiful and it has SpotShield to protect from spotting. The pull-down feature is great for rinsing the corners of my sink and the magnetic docking station helps to resecure the nozzle in place. There is the choice of a regular stream of water or a spray stream with a simple toggle on the nozzle. Plus, I appreciate the matching refillable soap dispenser that is included. This is also a very beautiful and modern kitchen faucet in appearance.

Love the sleek design of it, it looks great in my kitchen. The sprayer fits perfectly in my hand and it has a nice easy trigger to use for the different water flow settings. The nozzle is extendable for easy spraying and it pulls out relatively easy. Everything works well on this faucet including the installation process, which was a breeze.

The pull down sprayer gives me control I couldn't get before and helps me avoid splashing water everywhere when washing and rinsing dishes, especially oversized items. The water pressure from this faucet is strong and steady. Installation was not difficult and the intructions were well written and understood easily.

Secondly, it’s has lots of options. It has three different setting and types of water flow. First one is sprayer second one is a regular water flow and then third one is for glasses. Also the hose Is easy to move up and down so you can easy spray and clean your sink. I would recommend to friends and family this very beautiful sink

I just purchased and installed this faucet so it is brand new and installed professionally.  My water pressure is very weak and there are no clogs.  Is there a water restricter that can be removed to improve the overall pressure?

Hello, Thank you for your question! This model only provides a flow rate of 1.8gpm at 60psi. If you have anything lower than 60psi coming into the home that may explain a lowered flow rate. The water is not getting hot enough how do I adjust the water temp.

Hi Matt, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 19814Z-SD-DST. This cartridge is not adjustable and does not actually control the temperature coming into the faucet but rather simply controls the amount of hot and cold water allowed to mix in the valve. You may need to check the setting on your water heater, however we do not recommend setting this above 120 degrees. Please feel free to contact us directly for technical information at 800-345-3358. What kind of soap for the soap dispenser?
