Great product. Looks great. Works great.
But the installation is terrible- the manual is hard to read, very confusing, and covers many related products with different options. After much work we finally installed the product correctly using our own common sense.
But there was no parts list- there were parts that we thought we needed, and other parts left over that were clearly not needed.

Nice faucet
Instructions not clear as to which retainer to use to hold in place. I had to use a combination of parts supplied.
Works fine and a good-looking faucet. Hope the pex supply lines hold up, not a fan.

Really nice faucet. Instruction lacking.
I bought this a couple days ago and was able to install it. The instructions in the box were very "generic" and meant to cover many different models and options. Also the parts in the box were also not consistent with the instructions in the box or videos I found on YouTube produced by Delta. I was able to figure it out but improvement in documentation is needed. This is simply why the product did not get 5 stars.

Water pressure
Purchased this faucet and installed it about a week ago. Every since the water pressure stream has lessened about half. Even using sprayer setting and shield spray, doesn’t clean off dishes, and takes extra long time to fill a pot of water.

Is there a C and and H to indicate cold and hot?

Is there a field modification or alternate cartridge assembly available that would allow a different range of motion for the handle? My installation requires 12 o'clock to 3 o'clock movement (hot/cold adj) with handle on the left side of faucet.

This would likely be caused by debris trapped in the faucet. Remove the aerator with the included wrench. Clean the aerator and check the flow with it removed. Next, unscrew the hose from the spray head, secure the hose, and clean any debris trapped in the connection. Check if there is good flow before reinstalling the spray head.
If there is still an issue, the debris may be trapped in the valve cartridge or supply lines. Please contact us directly for further assistance or if you have any additional questions!

Why would my newly installed Dolman One-Handle Pull-Down SpotShield® Stainless Kitchen Faucet with ShieldSpray® Technology Model Number: 19818Z-SPSD-DST Faucet Body keep getting loose. There's a Phillip screw under the faucet that needs to be retightened
