But the installation is terrible- the manual is hard to read, very confusing, and covers many related products with different options. After much work we finally installed the product correctly using our own common sense. But there was no parts list- there were parts that we thought we needed, and other parts left over that were clearly not needed.

The instructions in the box were very "generic" and meant to cover many different models and options. Also the parts in the box were also not consistent with the instructions in the box or videos I found on YouTube produced by Delta. I was able to figure it out but improvement in documentation is needed. This is simply why the product did not get 5 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water pressure Purchased this faucet and installed it about a week ago. Every since the water pressure stream has lessened about half. Even using sprayer setting and shield spray, doesn’t clean off dishes, and takes extra long time to fill a pot of water.

We can't seem to get the faucet installed where the faucet is secure and can't be tipped. Is there a part missing or a step we are overlooking?

I'm needing to order the 10 1/2 inch escutcheon and gasket in Venetian bronze for the Dolman Model 19818Z-RBSD-DST. It was not included when I bought my faucet at Menard's. Need some help as I cannot see a way to do it on your website. Thanks!!
