Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first Delta. I purchased this faucet after working on my last P.P faucet. Replaced everything and it still wasn't right. It was old, so I got my monies worth. My brother, a contractor, recommended this Delta. He uses nothing but Delta in his new homes. My wife loves it, I like it, and it looks great. It's in the antique bronze.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big improvement over former faucet After having to replace a similar type faucet because the company discontinued it because of many customer complaints, I puirchased anotrher "top rated" unit from the giant online retailer that starts with an "A." This was sent back the next day because it would not stop leaking after being hooked up. Finally spent the money and purchased the pictured Delta. Instructions not the best, but hooked up pretty fast, and NO LEAKS. Works well and looks "classy" (have the brushed nikel) This has 3 different spray functions, and good water pressure. Hoping this has a better lifespan than the previous two units.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like this faucet I love the look and functionality, especially the pull down sprayer. I am a bit concerned at how light it is and seemed to be made out of plastic versus a stable metal. I am hoping it will hold up.

Is there a C and and H to indicate cold and hot?

The handle assembly has a H and C to show which direction you would need to rotate the handle to get the desired temperature. Is there a field modification or alternate cartridge assembly available that would allow a different range of motion for the handle? My installation requires 12 o'clock to 3 o'clock movement (hot/cold adj) with handle on the left side of faucet.

We installed this faucet and it has no pressure. Please help!

Hi Lou11, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19818Z-SPSD-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! This would likely be caused by debris trapped in the faucet. Remove the aerator with the included wrench. Clean the aerator and check the flow with it removed. Next, unscrew the hose from the spray head, secure the hose, and clean any debris trapped in the connection. Check if there is good flow before reinstalling the spray head. If there is still an issue, the debris may be trapped in the valve cartridge or supply lines. Please contact us directly for further assistance or if you have any additional questions! Why would my newly installed Dolman One-Handle Pull-Down SpotShield® Stainless Kitchen Faucet with ShieldSpray® Technology Model Number: 19818Z-SPSD-DST Faucet Body keep getting loose. There's a Phillip screw under the faucet that needs to be retightened
