Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not quite as good looking as 2010 faucet We bought a touch Delta faucet in 2010 and except for moving would continue to use it with great pleasure. The on-off handle was enclosed while this new one has what I think of as an “exposed elbow”. — not particularly attractive but still immensely useful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recertified Delta Faucets is the way to go!!! We love our new TouchO Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet especially since all we need is to tap the spout or handle and the faucet goes on instantaneously. We also were delighted to save a significantly dollar amount as it was a Recertified Delta Faucet with a 10-year warranty!!!. The only minor issue is that the hose weight assembly was missing from the box so it was shipped later at no charge. Finally, we also purchased the optional AC adapter so we do not have to replace the batteries.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I'm liking it We installed this Greydon Touch20 a few weeks ago which replaces a Delta Overland Touch faucet that was about 7 yrs old. Of course I am constantly comparing the two. The two main reasons we wanted a new faucet was because the water temperate either was too hot or too cold on our old one. Also, the nozzle was "constantly" clogged and I was always soaking it in vinegar and scrubbing the head with a brush with little success causing the spray to be wonky almost all the time. Anyway, this Greydon faucet is very nice. It takes a bit for the learning curve. It does seem that we can dial in the water temperature better than our old one which my husband says is enough warranting the cost. I do like the Shieldspray feature however I wish it had maybe 2 or 3 holes that blasts away the food vs just one hole. I find the hose a little short for our farmhouse sink, but we make it work. I wear rubber gloves when washing dishes so that reduces the sensitivity of the touch feature a bit. I just need to hit the faucet a little harder or it takes two trys. We shall see how the touch-clean spray holes work as I have not had it long enough for them to become dirty. The spout reach is a bit shorter than my previous faucet. It was nice because my old spout aligned perfectly with my drain and it worked well while running the garbage disposal. Now I pull the nozzle down and let it hang lower to the drain. It’s a work-a-round. I do miss the little red and blue, hot and cold indicator my pervious faucet had as I can never remember which way the lever should be facing for hot or cold. Like I said, the learning curve. We did not purchase the AC adapter but that may be something we do in the future. I wish it had come with or without the soap dispenser as we have a granite counter top and is not needed, but oh well. All-in-all, this is a very nice faucet and it works great. It’s a shame we paid $325 back in 2019 for the first touch faucet but hopefully this one meets our needs and holds up longer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A good product that could be made better. Had this installed over 2 1/2 years ago by a licensed plumber. Installation was pretty straight forward following enclosed instructions with attention to detail. Pros: Easy to use. The touch system is very responsive and is a great way to turn the water on/ off w/o having to turn or touch knobs or typical faucet handles. (You can practically use any part of your body to touch any part of the faucet to turn water on or off.) No more messy hands need to operate the faucet. This unit can operate by battery pack or be hard wired to your electrical system. Good quality 6 AA batteries should last about a year, depending on amount of usage. Delta claims that using 6 C batteries should last up to 3 years. Three red flashes indicate that the batteries need changed. My personal experience indicates that once you see the three red flashes, your batteries will operate for about 7-10 days before they are depleted. Good quality unit should only be used with both hot & cold soft water connections; otherwise, mineral deposits could affect the way the unit operates and shorten the life span. Cons: Faucett turns on/off too easily in some locations. Do not need touch activation on lower back side of unit. When cleaning or reaching for something in the back the unit will turn on. The single handle that operates the temperature controls is not very precise on temperature or water flow. The single handle does not operate as smooth as it should. The led light that indicates temperature range is also not as accurate as it should or can be. In retrospect, the following improvements would be beneficial. Do not need touch operation on lower back 3rd of unit. Being able to adjust the touch sensitivity would be a great enhancement. Improving the hot /cold/water flow sensitivity is needed for customer satisfaction and improve water and energy conservation. The led temperature indicator needs to be more accurate. There should be a way to prevent the faucet from rotating too far in either direction. Maybe an adjustment that the user could perform.

Asked by: Larry
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! With the issue that you are experiencing, the faucet will need to be flushed. Please refer to the information below to flush your faucet. Please also keep a close eye on the flow coming out of each point you flush and if it is low please reply to this e-mail. Please gather towels, a 5 GAL bucket, or a large bowl. 1. Unscrew the wand from the hose and check the inside of the wand for debris. With the wand removed, point the hose into the drain and turn the faucet on for 1 minute to flush the hose. *Please do not release the hose with the wand removed or it may retract into the faucet.* 2. Turn the handle to the off position, gather towels and place the bucket or large bowl under the sink, disconnect the solenoid assembly from the gray PEX tube, and check for debris in the screen at the top of the solenoid assembly. If the solenoid assembly is gray, the screen cannot be removed. If it is black, you can use a pair of needle-nose pliers to take the screen out and clean it. 3. Turn the water on and flush the hose for 1 minute, turn the water off, and re-connect the solenoid. 4. Empty the bucket or large bowl, remove the hose from the bottom of the solenoid, and place the bucket or large bowl under the solenoid. Turn the water on for a minute. 5. Turn the water off and re-connect the hose to the solenoid. 6. Turn the water on and check for leaks. If you are still experiencing a low flow, the gray PEX tubing may need to be flushed. 1. Please shut off both hot AND cold water supplies. 2. Remove the COLD water line and point the line into the bucket. 3. Turn the HOT water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute. 4. Turn the HOT water back off and install the cold water line correctly. 5. Remove the HOT water line and point the line into the bucket. 6. Turn the COLD water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute. 7. Turn the COLD water back off and install the hot water line correctly. If you have additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
