Faucet good overall. My issue is with the sprayer head. The screens/aerator is molded into the head so, when the rust or deteriorate, you cant replace those parts. You have to replace the whole head. I'm sure that's a $50+ part for a head that's mostly cheap plastic internally. I'm looking to see if there is an aftermarket upgraded head I will like better. Wish me luck.

Great faucet
Love this faucet. The valve has smooth action, the pull down has also smooth easy action. There are no leaks. The finish wipes clean. Even the soap dispenser works great.

I installed faucet today today and it looks great. It was easier installing this new faucet than taking out the old one. Don’t forget to attach the clip to the hose connector. I like Delta’s 10 year warranty. I recommend this faucet to others.

I bought this Delta faucet model no.19835Z-SPSD -DST May 28,22 from Costco. I’ve Installed Jan 02, 2023 then I forget to register then register 1/22/23. when I install everything fine and correctly flush water as instruction,I noticed opened and closed Handel not smooth roughly every time after
two weeks start leak from spout out let drip every 1minute drip from spout, I contact delta department to explained cartridge is not good need to replaced order delta customer Ms.Shel

Love the sprayer . . .
I love my new Delta faucet. I especially like the fact that it has a liquid 'dish soap' dispenser. However, I found that the small bottle included with the faucet was inadequate lasting only a couple of weeks before needing to be refilled. It was hard to remove and reattach since it is way under the sink. My son, however, bought tubing and attached it to a big bottle of dish soap. I have had it installed for 6 months and still haven't had a need to change the bottle. No need to include that small bottle. Just include some tubing for a large bottle of dish soap.

Nowhere on the packaging did you inform the customer of the spout on this faucet spins 360 degrees around! According to customer service, it was designed that way. If you are not careful or accidentally bump the faucet spout you have water everywhere except the sink.
The customer's service solution was to tell me to be careful and if you are still not satisfied remove the faucet and return it to the place of purchase and purchase one that is designed not to spin 360 degrees. I ask, If the packaging isn't labeled how do I know which Delta Faucet is designed not to spin 360. no response.

Attractive streamlined contemporary design
This faucet is designed for eye appeal as well as utility. The size and height fits well to our sink and the magnet held spout/sprayer works well. The only issue we have is a tendency for an occasional drip to come out of the handle.

The 19835Z-SPSD-DST is a Spotshield Stainless finish. Spotshield Stainless is a spot-resistant neutral, low-gloss finish. Our Brushed Nickel is a warm, muted finish, and our Brilliance Stainless Steel finish is a neutral, low-gloss finish. They are all close with the finish, but they are still very different.

Our kitchen faucet handle keeps falling off of this model and we’ve had it for less than 2 years. We’ve tried putting it back on and re-tightening the bolt but it keeps slipping off. Is our handle defective?

I would like to advise flushing the faucet out several times. Over time, common water debris will settle in the house supply lines. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. Local construction or the changing of the seasons can also cause this. Flushing the supply lines through the unit should remedy this situation.

If the Delta Faucet Auburn™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray Technology In Spotshield Stainless MODEL#: 19835Z-SPSD-DST leaks from under handle or from spout outlet you can insert a small screwdriver into the slot in button and remove it. Loosen the set screw inside of the handle. Remove handle. Remove cap by rotating counterclockwise. Bonnet may be stiff due to O-ring but should rotate by hand. Remove bonnet nut by rotating counterclockwise with a wrench. Remove the cartridge by pulling it directly back on the stem. Replace the Delta Faucet Trinsic® DIAMOND™ Valve - Euro-Motion - Short Stem MODEL#: RP73000 and reassemble.

I am installing the Auburn kitchen faucet as a single hole installation, the parts in the box only included a foam pad with adhesive on one side. Is there an additional mounting trim or plate that goes between the faucet assembly and the countertop?

I am having the same problem as another quetioner. I have hooked everything up and there is no hot water coming out in the hot water position. I tried disconnectiing the diverter tubes and flushing but that did not help. Next option is returning.

Low flow or no flow is caused by a blockage or debris, flushing is the best way for the faucet to return to full flow. If you are getting water in the hot position, but it's not hot, we recommend opening the shut-offs equally and the temperature of the hot water heater to be set at 120 or lower.

Is it safe to reverse the hot and cold lines by connecting them at opposite lines? I'm really only concerned that the hot line is somehow designed to handle hot water better than the cold line.

Can the handle on the Delta Auburn faucet be installed on either the right side or left side of the faucet based on my preference?

It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out of the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know.

the hot water does not work. When the handle is in the hot position nothing comes out.

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray Technology In Spotshield Stainless MODEL#: 19835Z-SPSD-DST. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you.
Low flow is caused by a blockage or debris, we would recommend flushing the faucet, wiping the puck under the cartridge, and making sure the bonnet is tight. Please see the step-by-step instructions below, these can also be found on page 7 of the M&I.

To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Check the supply lines:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply, then do this with the hot waterside.
Once the flush has been done, please reconnect both water lines. Lastly, insert a small screwdriver into the slot in the button and remove it. Loosen the set screw inside the handle. Remove handle. Remove cap by rotating counterclockwise.
Bonnet may be stiff due to O-ring, but should rotate by hand. Remove the bonnet
nut by rotating counterclockwise with a wrench. Remove the cartridge by
pulling it directly back on the stem. Take a soft cloth and wipe the puck located behind the cartridge, let the cartridge soak in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water for about 10 minutes before reassembling.
