Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonky Spray Head used facets direct several times in the past, prices are good and shipping is fast. The faucet is nice for the price point the spray head is plastic, and has 3 modes. Installed yesterday. Standard flow (normal faucet), spray mode (which is not a full spray, its only half the head) and shield spray. Shield spray on our is faulty, water comes out in a bubble formation, its totally useless, bad part. My water pressure is fine. The shield spray nozzle is the same as on a lawn pump sprayer. Had I know about the spray modes I would have chose a different model. I will contact Delta to see about getting a replacement head.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! I love this faucet head. It's easy to install and super easy to use. It's easy to pull down and direct exactly where I want it, which is nice when I'm doing dishes and cleaning my sink. Plus the stainless steel coloring is really nice. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing, stylish and so convenient! The Capertee Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet is truly amazing! It is so much more beautiful in person. It has a stylish and modern design and is so eye catching. I know, It's a kitchen faucet, but it really is awesome. The removable faucet head is convenient and the change of faucet settings (a stream of water or a sprinkler type stream) is easy to use with just a click of a button. This faucet also comes with a soap dispenser and I absolutely love that feature as well! It's really convenient to have my dish soap right there next to my sink. I cannot say enough good things about this faucet. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So many benefits! Delta is a well known, established brand with their products so I was overly excited to get this faucet installed. The design was a big reason on why I wanted to try this. It’s very sleek looking and comes with a pull down sprayer. I mainly wanted this specifically for the sprayer bc I have a little one with ASD and we are currently working on hair washing…it’s been a process, but, this pull down sprayer is able to allow my little one to take complete control in getting their hair wet while also getting some motor control practice with their hands and fingers from using the sprayer. Installation is quick and simple. All parts needed are supplied and instructions are easy to read and follow. Quick details…easy to turn on by the handle while switching from hot to cold. No issues with lack of water pressure. Sprayer itself has a magnet (aka MagnaTite by Delta) to keep the sprayer in place when docked and also prevent any drooping over time. Has DiamondSeal technology reducing any leaking. Optional deck plate is included. Gooseneck design that allows for 360 swivel and also has a 20inch retractable hose for the sprayer. Does a great job with removing food residue on plates with the concentrated stream while still having Shield Spray technology to prevent water from splashing all over the place. This has been absolutely perfect for practicing with my little one on hair washing without water going into their eyes and allowing for them to be more independent, plus, my little one also loves the sprayer for washing hands. This was a big hit that had so many benefits for other uses. Will not be replacing this anytime soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I love how easy this faucet was to install! I always struggle with placing pots under the regular faucet to clean or fill with water. Not anymore! Pots fit perfectly underneath and have plenty of room to wash them while running water directly into the pot. Highly recommend!

Q&A

Capertee kitchen faucet: what is the required minimum hole size for a one hole installation. The specification dheet is very unclear. It states (2 x 1 5/16 and 1 1/2"). That's meaningless in a one hole installation. It should clearly state this.

Asked by: Jamie
Hello, I apologize for the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to help you. For a single hole installation the hole should be between 1 5/16" and 1 1/2" wide. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist

Our screen for the sprayer nozzle single stream came out. Is there a replacement part for this or do you have to buy the complete nozzle sprayer?

Asked by: Ronda

Our faucet has become stiffer and it is more difficult to move the lever. It has caused the mount to become loose because of the extra resistance. Can I disassemble this to check for corrosion?

Asked by: Mark

I bought this faucet 19877Z-SPSD-DST at Amazon. The water flow is terrible, I can see a restriction in the spray nozzle. Is there a way to take it out or is there a different spray nozzle. The flow is so bad, I would send it back, 30 day return

Asked by: Norn
Hi Norn, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19877Z-SPSD-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! The faucet should provide up to 1.8 gallons per minute if the water pressure is 60 psi. To troubleshoot an issue with the flow, the aerator can be removed and cleaned with the included aerator wrench. With the hose secured, the sprayer can also be removed from the hose to clean debris trapped in the connection. Open the handle to the full mixed position for a minute to flush the faucet with the parts removed. See the Maintenance and Installation manual for more information or please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/106557%20Rev%20F.pdf Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist
