Nice faucet, smooth operation - just like electronic version
The faucet was a replacement for the electronic model in the same style and finish. Unfortunately, the electronic model had issues that our tenants could not deal with so we used this as a direct replacement. The smooth operation of the swivel, pull-out, and water temp/flow handle are great and we will hopefully have this in place for a long time.

Wonky Spray Head
used facets direct several times in the past, prices are good and shipping is fast. The faucet is nice for the price point the spray head is plastic, and has 3 modes. Installed yesterday. Standard flow (normal faucet), spray mode (which is not a full spray, its only half the head) and shield spray. Shield spray on our is faulty, water comes out in a bubble formation, its totally useless, bad part. My water pressure is fine. The shield spray nozzle is the same as on a lawn pump sprayer. Had I know about the spray modes I would have chose a different model. I will contact Delta to see about getting a replacement head.

Q&A
Capertee kitchen faucet: what is the required minimum hole size for a one hole installation. The specification dheet is very unclear. It states (2 x 1 5/16 and 1 1/2"). That's meaningless in a one hole installation. It should clearly state this.

Can this be installed with the handle to the left? We have a dedicated sprayer to the right of our current faucet that we'd like to replace with the soap dispenser, but the handle of this item will strike the dispenser.

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19877Z-SD-DST.
The spout rotates 360 degrees, so the faucet can be installed with the handle on the left. But the handle motion would be reversed. You would need to push the handle back to control the temperature instead of pulling it forward.

What is the difference in hazelwood or Capree

How does the faucet handle work. Does it start perpindicular and get pushed forward or does push backward. We have a problem with the hole being too close to the backsplash and need to know before we purchase?

Our faucet has become stiffer and it is more difficult to move the lever. It has caused the mount to become loose because of the extra resistance. Can I disassemble this to check for corrosion?

I bought this faucet 19877Z-SPSD-DST at Amazon. The water flow is terrible, I can see a restriction in the spray nozzle. Is there a way to take it out or is there a different spray nozzle. The flow is so bad, I would send it back, 30 day return

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19877Z-SPSD-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help!
The faucet should provide up to 1.8 gallons per minute if the water pressure is 60 psi. To troubleshoot an issue with the flow, the aerator can be removed and cleaned with the included aerator wrench. With the hose secured, the sprayer can also be removed from the hose to clean debris trapped in the connection. Open the handle to the full mixed position for a minute to flush the faucet with the parts removed.
