Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice faucet but... Nice faucet but I am disappointed in the spray feature. The sprayer is not very powerful, it's more like a shower head stream than something to clean dirty dishes. Unfortunately, I had no way of knowing until it was installed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent value Great product I purchased this faucet at Lowes about three months ago. It was very easy to install. The pull down handle is magnetized and it always returns to the base.

to replace spray nozzle how? do you twist or pull?

Asked by: deee
Hello deee, Thank you for your question! The wand assembly will unscrew from the hose. There may be a small black button on the end of the hose that you will need to press in order to unscrew the wand. Please be sure not to let go of the hose with the wand removed or it may be pulled into the spout. Best regards, Jon

I have a Ashton stainless steel faucet on my kitchen sink. I'm looking for the closet match in a stainless bar faucet for a bar sink mounted in an island in the same kitchen. Any recommendations?

Asked by: George
Hi, George! Thank you for your question. We have some options on Delta bar/prep faucets. Here is a link to the ba/prep faucets: https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/specialty-faucets/barprep Unfortunately, there is not a matching bar/prep faucet specifically for the Delta Ashton faucet. One that is similar is the Leland, 9678-SP-DST. Here is a link to this unit: https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/9678-SP-DST Best Regards, Rosanna

We purchased ours from Lowes about three years ago. Now the faucet is having difficulty turning off completely. It still drips from the nozzle despite the handle being placed in the off position. I think it is possibly the valve cartridge. Not sure. .

Asked by: Marcos118
Hi, Marcos118! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. There is a bonnet nut that is holding the cartridge down, underneath your handle. We recommend to tighten the bonnet nut to stop the leak. To do this, turn the water off at your shut off valve. Remove the handle. Tighten the bonnet by turning clockwise, to the right. Install the handle back on and turn the water back on. Test the faucet. If the faucet still leaks, we recommend to replace both the valve cartridge assembly, RP50587, and the bonnet nut, RP51503. Best Regards, Rosanna
