Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet & easy to clean Purchased this unit two years ago and it has been very nice. Recently though, it will not stay on the regular flow. It partially sprays unless you hold down the the button tight for regular flow. Otherwise I would rate this unit at five stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features I like that the pull down portion of the facuet is higher than most and magnetic. Also like that with the higher spout, I can wash bigger pots and pans easier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great faucet We bought the Delta Ashton faucet to replace a Delta Savile faucet that would not easily turn off (with time it tended to drip). This faucet has a taller nozzle making it easier to wash larger pots and pans. Because of this taller nozzle, I think it does splash a little more, requiring a clean up of the sink. For that reason, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. However, it has a sleek design, turns off easily, and the sprayer returns to its dock nicely, which are all pros!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Kitchen pull down faucet This Delta Ashton was purchased to replace a 10 yr. old Price Pfister pull out. I have bounced around last several years with Moen and Price Pfister and find myself returning to Delta. All new faucets seem worthy of the challenge when new. But it's when things go wrong that proves a companies mattle. In my experience with the occasional failure, mainly cartridge/gasket wear with subsequent leaking/dripping, Delta cartridge/gasket kits have been the easiest to obtain and change out. With Delta's new cartridge design, the are supposed to last up to 10 times longer. Time will tell. I was initially looking for the Leland series pull out kitchen faucet but could not find in stock near me. Guessing because it's probably their highest rated for the money. Anyways needed to pull the trigger quickly as the kitchen faucet is most used in the household. This series seemed to be most compatible. 1 week has passed since installation, and very happy so far. Installation was easy, quite straight forward, probably around 1 hour, Depending on current plumbing hook up. Most of install time was spent on removing original Price Pfister faucet. Do your homework, read reviews, keep your paperwork, instructions for future reference, and register your product. Delta's website is very informative, maneuverable, especially when comparing different series. .

The sprayer hose came all the way off before I could install the faucet, how do I feed it back through?

Asked by: ryan
Hi Ryan, Thank you for your question. The best way to re-insert the pull down hose is by feeding it through the spout body from the top of the spout. Turning the hose periodically will help it move down through the spout easier. Best regards, Edward

What kind of liquid soap can I use in the soap dispenser ???

Can I use foaming soap or regular liquid soap ??
Asked by: likes to bike
Hi likes to bike, Thank you for your question. You can use most liquid dish or hand soaps, lotions, and hand sanitizers. We do not recommend thick lotions, scrubs or soaps with beads or pumice. Foaming soaps will not foam. Best regards, Jon

What is the purpose of the ethernet jack on the Touch 20 solenoid

Asked by: LT
Dear LT, Thank you for your question. The ethernet jack port on the solenoid assembly of your Delta Ashton Kitchen Pull-Down 19922-SSSD-DST faucet, was originally designed for adding on an accessory item to the faucet functions. However, this is no longer the case, so the ethernet port is and will not be used for any functions or working of the faucet. Best regards, Tanya
