Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Faucet The faucet has very low pressure for hot water. The cold pressure is adequate, but still lacking. Had a plumber come over and he couldn't fix it. He said it is a defect in the faucet. He switched the cold and hot water, so now we have faster streaming hot water and low cold water pressure. VERY disappointing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor design on weight I like the faucet itself, 3 different spray patterns and looks good, easy to install. However, the retractable hose weight is in my opinion, a very poor design. It is too light and hangs loose, therefore not pulling hose back in, nozzle just hangs, unless you feed hose back in. I thought about returning it, I still might do that, but for now, I modified the weight by taping it about 2" on the draw down part of hose to put weight on that part of hose so that it will pull hose in. On Moen & Kohler brands, you clamp weight, which is snug on hose.

Buyer Beware I posted a review about a defect in the faucet (handle constantly falls off) and you send an emails response with NO way for me to respond to it. When I try, I am told it is a DONTREPLY address. That tells me you do NOT want people to let you know of issues and that you have no REAL intent to fix them. Shame on Delta for that. Your email did me no good. I cannot repair the faucet. You need to supply the parts and a plumber. It should not be at my expense. I am not a plumber, nor a manufacturer, just a customer who plunked down hundreds of dollars to buy your faucet. How about your email with a return address?????

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful but ONE Major Issue We have had our beautiful Delta faucet for a year, but the handle has fallen off, at least 20 times since we bought it, and we have to keep tightening the screw that holds it into the slot where it should be staying. :(

Is there a blanking plate in a stainless steel finish if we choose not to install the soap dispenser?

what tool is used to cut the water supply hoses?

Does this include the supply line adapters to go from 3/8 compression to 1/2?

Does this come in Spot Resistant Stainless, or is it just a simple Stainless finish?

I currently have this faucet mounted with the handle on the right side but i want to re-mount it so that the handle is on the left. Is the handle able to be adjusted so that it operates like it does when its mounted on the right side?

Thank you for your question, Glennman. We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on and rotating forward to increase the temperature. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards Best regards, Jon

How long are the individual pex supply lines that are attached to the faucet for hot and cold water? I have issues with an on-demand hot water heater and am trying to cut down on the length of run from the hot water heater to the faucet.

Thank you for your question, Frank! The Pex supply lines are 35" PEX tubes with 3/8" compression fittings. We do not make extensions for the supplies nor do we recommend cutting them as they are designed to be easily looped and the distance will make no difference in regards to the temperature of a on demand or tankless heater. If you do decide to cut the Pex supply lines please follow the instructions on page 4 carefully as any resulting damage or leak can not be covered under the warranty due to altering the product. You may need to refer to the manufacturer of the water heater as simply setting the temperature lower tends to work best.
