Poor Faucet
The faucet has very low pressure for hot water. The cold pressure is adequate, but still lacking. Had a plumber come over and he couldn't fix it. He said it is a defect in the faucet. He switched the cold and hot water, so now we have faster streaming hot water and low cold water pressure. VERY disappointing.

Poor design on weight
I like the faucet itself, 3 different spray patterns and looks good, easy to install. However, the retractable hose weight is in my opinion, a very poor design. It is too light and hangs loose, therefore not pulling hose back in, nozzle just hangs, unless you feed hose back in. I thought about returning it, I still might do that, but for now, I modified the weight by taping it about 2" on the draw down part of hose to put weight on that part of hose so that it will pull hose in. On Moen & Kohler brands, you clamp weight, which is snug on hose.

Sneaky Customer Support. Buyer Beware
I posted a review about a defect in the faucet (handle constantly falls off) and you send an emails response with NO way for me to respond to it. When I try, I am told it is a DONTREPLY address. That tells me you do NOT want people to let you know of issues and that you have no REAL intent to fix them. Shame on Delta for that. Your email did me no good. I cannot repair the faucet. You need to supply the parts and a plumber. It should not be at my expense. I am not a plumber, nor a manufacturer, just a customer who plunked down hundreds of dollars to buy your faucet. How about your email with a return address?????

Beautiful but ONE Major Issue
We have had our beautiful Delta faucet for a year, but the handle has fallen off, at least 20 times since we bought it, and we have to keep tightening the screw that holds it into the slot where it should be staying. :(

Hello, apart from the balloon spray button, when you select spray or stream, will either stay in place (on) until switched back or reset to stream once water pressure ceases? Prefer spray to stay on until switched.

I"m using the single hole mount for my faucet and notice there is no rubber gasket, like what's included with the soap dispenser, just a foamy type gasket. am I missing something?

Thank you for your question! This is the correct gasket for a single-hole installation and will help prevent water from seeping under the base. You may also use a thin bead of silicone to help ensure a water-tight seal.

I would like to remove the screen to clean out any sediment that might be trapped. How do I remove it?

Thank you for your question. The aerator of the Delta Pull-Down 19962Z-SD-DST faucet removes from the end of the wand assembly, using the provided wrench/tool RP90248. Then you can soak the entire aerator in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and tap water for up to 2 hours at a time for cleaning. Rinse with warm water and reinstall it in the end of the wand.

I have a Delta 19962Z SD-DST And am not getting as much water as I was( Very little), I cleaned the round filter in the end of the nozzle but that did not help. Are there filters in side on the actual nozzle and if so how does it come apart!

Is the shield spray intended to stay on or do you have to press & hold the button? Also, how does the magnet work, ours requires you to return the nozzle to the main faucet, there doesn't seem to be any magnetic connection.

We have the touch stop model but after only a few months, the faucet is now working intermittently. We have to wait up to an hour for it work again. Is this a common issue with the touch stop system?

My kitchen faucet (19962Z-SSSD-DST) leaks water inside the lower cupboards. Water seams to be coming from the main threaded housing where all 3 hoses enter the faucet itself. Can you please tell me what to do to fix this?

Am I able to purchase a new faucet head for this? It randomly slows the water to a trickle. If I take the head off, the hose sprays what it should. The minute I put the head back on, it's back to a trickle. This happens sporadically, but often.

The Delta Faucet Charmaine™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray, model 19962Z-SSSD-DST, is available in Stainless, but not SpotShield Stainlss. I do apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits, and we recommend blotting the faucet dry after use to prevent this from happening. However, water spots and fingerprints can be easily cleaned by wiping the finish with a damp cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.

My hot and coldwater position seems to be off i think. The plumber installed two days ago and the handle for the c and hot is position doesnt feel right the hot water goes all the down towards the sink and the cold is positioned upright. Is this right?
