Very excited to receive this as, it really filled a need in our home. The Delta Cassidy Single Handle Kitchen Faucet in Chrome has a sleek, modern look that still feels unique and timeless, not like every other chrome faucet out there. The design is elegant without being over the top, and it adds such a refined touch to the kitchen. The handle moves smoothly, the water pressure is great, and it feels solidly made. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Laundry Room This faucet in the polished nickel is just gorgeous and looks great in my laundry room with the farmhouse sink. The water pressure/sprayer is powerful. I have had this faucet for 5 yrs now. The reason that I am not giving it 5 starts, is because after pulling the faucet head out all these years to spray down the sink, it is difficult and cumbersome to put the nozzle back in place. Sometimes there's a gap 'cause it's too hard to put back all the way. Building a new house so not sure yet if I'll put this one in the new laundry room because of this one issue.

I bought this Delta Cassidy pull out sprayer faucet in 2018. and felt in love but two weeks ago the water pressure was vey low making impossible to use it. The plumber just left and said it's clogged and he does not want to try to fix bc it will break. This faucet is not "lifetime of Reliable Performance or self cleaning. It is too expensive in order to be replaced every 5 years!

When I found the Delta Cassidey it was love at first sight. After 8 years of loyal service, my faucet began to spray water, imagine my delight when I discovered Delta's unbelievable lifetime warranty. Delta helped me verify my model number and color, they shipped it immediately and it did not cost me a cent. Delta customer service is top notch.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Buyer's remorse is setting in I had installed a high arc faucet (polished nickel, spot shield, Spray Shield, magnetize docking), but it was too close to the window sill. The Arctic Stainless finish has a noticeable texture that looks cheap and actually feels rough. The sprayer is hard to pull out and has to be shoved back in. The handle seems to be in an awkward position to reach, and seems small relative to the very large faucet. There's a decorative knob at the back that makes it hard to clean behind the faucet. Might work better is an island installation. Finally, it is twice as expensive as the first Delta faucet I bought, which had a nicer finish and more features.

What are the major distinctions between 4197 RB DST and 4353 RB DST?

Appearance wise they are identical but with a $175.00 difference.

Hi Rich, Thank you for your question. The main difference is in the styling of the faucet. Both faucets are single handle pullouts in the venetian bronze finish . The Cassidy model 4197-RB-DST has an integrated handle with the Euro motion cartridge and more intricate design. The Linden model 5353-RB-DST has more of a transitional design. The list price difference between the 2 models is approximately $35. Thanks, Dave

Can the lever be positioned in the front?

Hi Spoobs, Thank you for your question. The lever on the model 4197-RB-DST cannot be positioned on the front of the faucet. The spout only travels 120 degrees and would not reach the majority of a sink or face completely forward. Thanks, Dave

How does the pull out arm work? Do you just pull it out and it fits back in place?

I just had this faucet installed with our new granite counter tops. I love the look, but, there doesn't seem to be a lot of information in the owner's manual/installation guide.

Hi Trezy, Thank you for your question. The pull out wand does simply pull out for use. You will then slide the wand back into the spout when finished. The weight under the counter will help with the hose when returning the wand to the spout. The button on the wand will allow you to toggle back and forth between stream and spray modes. Thanks, Dave

Had this faucet about 4 years now & the past few months we have water leaking under sink intermitinly. Finally saw it is leaking from the cold water line within the body of faucet. This should'nt be happening after only 4 years of service. Please advise.

can this faucet be deck mounted for use with an undercounter sink?

What size aerator wrench do I need for this faucet?

Some debris in our water lines and no one in town seems to carry aerator wrenches for Delta faucets. Want some exact info before I order one online.
