Rated 5 out of 5 by from Luxury and utility in this stunning faucet! I received this product complimentary from Delta and Influenster in return for my honest review. This is a gorgeous faucet!! It is BIG, as in tall and HEAVY. It is th prettiest piece of hardware I’ve ever seen. Pictures do not even do it justice. You will have to be sure you have a deep, big sink to install this bad boy. It is 8.75 inches tall . . . Luckily, my utility sink in my laundry needed a serious upgrade and this is IT! Deckplate has to be purchased separately. Water flow is powerful, love the sprayer which is held in place with a strong magnet. This faucet has everything you need!

It’s a one in all type of sink. I really like the pressure the water has when it come out. I also really like that it has more than one water setting. I like that I don’t need extra handles to use all the functions it has. It’s got good esthetics and it works well. All I have left is to buy some covers for the holes left from the previous faucet to make it functional. Overall I think it’s a great faucet and I really like how simple it is! Definitely a keeper!

Regarding this kitchen faucet: CASSIDY™ Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 4197-AR-DST.  When this faucet is put in spray mode and the water is turned off, will it stay in spray mode when the water is turned back on?

Can this faucet be mounted with the control handle centered in the front of the faucet?

Does this faucet have MagnaTite docking? Is the faucet made entirely out of metal?

I'm wondering how this faucet docks after pulling out the sprayer and putting it back in. How well does it stay in place, does it have MagnaTite docking? Also I'm wondering what material the faucet is made from? I am looking for a faucet with very shiny chrome and am having a hard time telling how shiny the chrome finish is in the picture. When I compare it to other brands, their pictures look more shiny.

Hi Andimay, Thank you for your questions! It does not have MagnaTite docking, but does have tabs on the wand that slide onto slots in the hub to keep the wand stable when it is docked. The wand assembly is non-metallic, but the spout body and handle are metal. Our Chrome finish has a bright, shiny polish. Best regards, Jon

The Home Depot video says this faucet swivels 360 degrees. What part of the the faucet swivels 360 degrees? Is it the acutal faucet or the water control?

Please explain how the handle operates - it looks like it rotates away from the faucet to turn it on and off. But how is the temperature regulated? If the handle needs to rotate back towards the backsplash, how much clearance does it need. Thanks!

The pull-out detached from the faucet. I re-connected it but it will not go in completely. It sticks out about 1 inch. How can I get it repaired or replaced?

I have a 4197-DST that I am refurbishing. The rim of the plastic insert in the spout where the wand docks, not part of the wand, is cracked. How can i get a replacement for this? Its not called out on the part list.

For the Cassidy pull out kitchen faucet, is there an aerator that can replace the RP50815 so that we can get a higher flow rate?

4197-RB-DST. Water leaks under the sink. Source of water comes from inside the brass threaded tube that contains the hot/cold pex and faucet line. There is no drip through the faucet. The valve seems to work fine; no drips in off position. Unusable.

How high up from the base of the faucet is the water flow handle and does it also swivel with the faucet?

How can I disassemble the wand entirely? I have sediment I need to clean out from the inside, behind the rubber spray holes. The spray function has become weak after draining the water heater and aerator/in-line hose screen have been cleaned/replaced.

I am sorry this information was not readily available for our Delta Faucet Cassidy™ Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet In Arctic Stainless MODEL#: 4197-AR-DST, and I am happy to help you! Looking into this, I have found instructions to replace your RP60114. Please refer to the information below. I apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause. Please shut off the water supplies, gather your 1/8" Allen wrench, wrench, and strap wrench before we begin. 1. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" Allen wrench. There may be a button you can remove with your fingernails first. 2. Once you remove the handle, you should see the cap or sleeve assembly. Remove this with your strap wrench if you cannot remove it with your hand. 3. After the cap or sleeve has been removed, you should see a brass bonnet, please use your wrench to remove this part. 4. Your cartridge is now free to be removed. Please ensure there is no debris on the puck piece inside the valve. If there is, please grab q-tips or paper towels to clean it out. 5.
