Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Am So Impressed Build.com is my new go to for all things I need to remodal/improve. I ordered this faucet yesterday. It arrived at 1:00 today. Not even Bezos can do that. It's in perfect condition and I'll install it tonight.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor solenoid/electrical design, difficult to inst I bought the 9113-AR-DST thinking the touch feature would be great to keep germs and grime and such from the handle. Except that the solenoid wire apparently is broken somewhere or is shorted to ground. If the sensor wire is loose (not attached to the faucet body) and I touch the sleeve or wire it works fine. If I attach it to the faucet body per the instructions it doesn't work. I'm taking the solenoid off and using it as a straight manual faucet. Trying to loop the hoses is almost impossible and I'm kind of worried about the stress the stiff hoses are putting on the fittings. Also extra parts were supplied which did not go with the assembly and I spent an hour going over the instructions trying to find them. The idea is good but I think the execution from the factory leaves a lot to be desired. 1) use more flexible hoses 2) fix the Quick Start Guide. Make one guide for one model. Don't try to use one guide for 8 different models. 3) fix the solenoid design.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating I installed this faucet about one month ago thinking it would be a good replacement for a Moen faucet we had in a previous house. I found it frustrating to keep the water running and also to get it to turn off and on with the touch feature. It seems to have a mind of its own. Even unplugging the touch feature did not solve the problems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this Faucet We installed this faucet when we remodeled our kitchen recently. It is a great faucet. I love the touch feature. No more messy faucet handles when I turn it on or off. A simple tap with the back of my hand or some other "clean" part of my hand and the water turns on so I can easily clean up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice looking faucet, good features The only issue with the unit is that the hot and cold led gets messed up every so often, I have to reboot the thing and it irons out. Otherwise it's solid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always Loved This Faucet ! I had a Delta faucet like this in my previous home and missed it when we moved. Great faucet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great except one serious dissapointment I love the ease of use with this faucet. Looks great too! However, the water mix of hot with cold output at the hottest setting produces mildly hot water. I can't get HOT water. Am very concerned about how clean my dishes are going to be and may have to replace the faucet!

Touch2O features still work even though I wear rubber glove?

Asked by: Nikki
Thank you for your question, Nikki. The faucet will not sense a touch through rubber gloves. We recommend using your forearm or elbow instead. Best regards, Jon

Let's assume my batteries run out of juice, and at the moment I have no replacement batteries and I need water immediately . Is there a way to switch it into manual mode. My faucet will not react to any lever movements with loss of battery power.

Asked by: Smitty
Hi, Smitty. Thank you for your question. The Delta 9113T-DST can be changed o manual mode so that the faucet is still usable without batteries. To change the faucet to manual mode, first turn the water off at the shut off valve. Take a bucket with a towel under your sink. Remove the two blue clips on the top and bottom connections at the solenoid assembly. This will remove the solenoid entirely. Disconnect the wiring from the solenoid and let the wiring hang freely. Connect the two hoses that were installed in the solenoid together and secure this connection with one of the blue clips. Pull connection to make sure this is secure. Turn the water on at the shut off valve and test the water. If you should need further assistance, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can the faucet be installed with water “on/off” handle in front rather than the side?

Asked by: Beth
Thank you for your question, Beth. We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on and rotates forward to increase the temperature. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards. Best regards, Jon

All of your photos show handle pull on the right. Can an Essa faucet be mounted with it on the left ?

Asked by: Nan45
Thank you for your question, Nan45! When install the Delta Essa Pull-Down Touch2O Kitchen 9113T-DST faucet, we recommend to install with the handle on the right. If it is on the left, the handle will move backwards instead of forward and the light will be on the back. Best regards, Tanya

what color is artic stainless as opposed to chrome finish?. Is it as bright and shiny as chrome? Will it look OK with a stainless steel sink?

Asked by: DNSe
Hello DNSe, Thank you for your question! Arctic Stainless is a brushed finish. Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Arctic Stainless features cooler metallic tones, following a trend seen throughout the kitchen. While noticeably different, Arctic Stainless can coordinate with a more traditional stainless as in the photo linked below: https://media.deltafaucet.com/elvis/InContext/md/9113T-AR-DST_WATER_WEB.jpg Best regards, Jon

I just want to clarify regarding the difference in the reach between the Essa Kitchen Faucet and the Essa Bar/Prep faucet. Is the reach on the Essa Kitchen Faucet 9 3/8" and the reach on the Essa Bar/Prep faucet 6 5/8" ?

Does the button for the wide spray have to be held down continuously or just pushed in and it will run on wide spray without holding the button down until the water is turned off?

Asked by: mcmc
Hi, mcmc! Hi, Mcmc! Thank you for your question. To activate ShieldSpray, pull the wand down and place the dish below the sprayer, then press the ShieldSpray button firmly. The ShieldSpray setting will turn off when the button is released. Best Regards, Rosanna
