A simple touch anywhere on the spout or handle with your wrist or forearm activates the flow of water at the temperature where your handle is set. The Delta TempSense™ LED light changes color to alert you to the water’s temperature and eliminate any possible surprises or discomfort. Delta® MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your faucet spray wand precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. Delta® faucets with DIAMOND™ Seal Technology perform like new for life with a patented design which reduces leak points, is less hassle to install and lasts twice as long as the industry standard*. Kitchen faucets with Touch-Clean® Spray Holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger. I ordered by mistake the Delta Essa black faucet without Touch20 , but I wanted the touch technology specifically for my kitchen application. Can I buy the &quot;touch arm and pull down faucet part&quot; separately to replace the &quot;non-touch part?&quot; Thanks

Hello Ronnie, Thank you for your inquiry! The parts for the Delta Essa Pull-Down Touch2O Kitchen 9113T-BL-DST faucet can not be interchanged with the non-touch faucet. The touch parts may not work correctly or activate correctly with parts of a non-touch faucet. Best regards, Tanya

I just want to clarify regarding the difference in the reach between the Essa Kitchen Faucet and the Essa Bar/Prep faucet. Is the reach on the Essa Kitchen Faucet 9 3/8&quot; and the reach on the Essa Bar/Prep faucet 6 5/8&quot; ?

The led is flashing red 3 times any time I touch the faucet, then acts normal - i.e. color per temperature. What does it mean?

Normally, if you are getting a flashing red light on the base of your Delta Essa Pull-Down Touch2O Kitchen 9113T-BL-DST faucet, it is indicating that the batteries are running low. Will the faucet turn on if an animal (cat) brushes against it?

If it does turn on because of animal contact when we're not home will it turn off after a timed interval?

Dear Bill, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Essa Kitchen Pull-Down Touch 9113T-BL-DST faucet, has a touch technology which was introduced in 2008, it involves something called capacitance sensors to detect human only touch and turn the faucet on and off. All of our Delta Touch technology faucets have an automatic water flow shut-off after four minutes to helps conserve water. Best regards, Tanya

Delta 9113T-BL-DST red light flashes when turned on and again when turned off. Replaced batteries with new. No change. Faucet works fine....

how do i increase the flow rate ?

Hello, Thank you for your question! Unfortunately there is no way to increase the flow rate. If build-up over time is contributing to low flow we recommend soaking the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to break down any mineral buildup.
