Delivered quickly and exactly what we ordered. Installation was easy. It replaced a top of line solid brass & metal faucet and tho this Delta model is constructed with lighter materials, so far it’s working great. No complaints at all. The touch control takes a little getting use to but comes in handy for sure. Love the easy to clean design & fits all decor styles.

Thank you for your question. Connecting portable dishwashers to kitchen faucets must be done with care. None of our pull out or pull down faucets are compatible with portable dishwashers. The connection puts too much stress on the hose, the wand and it's mounting. Also, none of the electronic faucets are compatible with portable dishwashers. They have an automatic shutoff time that is shorter than a dishwasher cycle.

What is the minimum distance from the back of undermount sink that is needed to install this faucet?
I have an undermount sink and while I have room to the backsplash, I want to install a window stool in my window right behind my sink. I want to make sure my window stool does not interfere with the faucet, so I would like to install the faucet as close to the sink as I can.

temperature light stays red all the time. Is there anyway to correct this?

Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your LED light on your faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. Let's assume my batteries run out of juice, and at the moment I have no replacement batteries and I need water immediately . Is there a way to switch it into manual mode. My faucet will not react to any lever movements with loss of battery power.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 9113T-DST can be changed o manual mode so that the faucet is still usable without batteries. To change the faucet to manual mode, first turn the water off at the shut off valve. Take a bucket with a towel under your sink. Remove the two blue clips on the top and bottom connections at the solenoid assembly. This will remove the solenoid entirely. Disconnect the wiring from the solenoid and let the wiring hang freely. Connect the two hoses that were installed in the solenoid together and secure this connection with one of the blue clips. Pull connection to make sure this is secure. Turn the water on at the shut off valve and test the water. If you should need further assistance, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. Is there a way to restrict the rotation of the spout to less than 360 degrees? Our faucet is installed on an island and our dog can turn the faucet on with her nose and swivel it around which then floods the kitchen!

Thank you for your question. We do not have a part to restrict the spout on the Delta 9113T-DST faucet from swiveling 360 degrees. However, as a safety precaution, the faucet does have an automatic turn off after 4 minutes.

When faucet handle is in on position and I use the touch feature to turn it off it drips from the sprayer assembly. When handle is in off position it does not.

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps.
1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position.
2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip.
3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid.
4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps.

However, we do not have any recommended or required sinks bowl sizes, it would be customer/installer preference. My Essa faucet has stopped responding to touch on the neck of the faucet (that which swivels) but the base still responds. Please advise. This happened after batteries were replaced.

Purchased the touch feature which I enjoy but have changed the six AA batteries 4x in one year. Thinking of purchasing the AC adapter but not if it means keeping up with the batteries every 3 mos. must I do this? If so can I just disable this feature?
Tanya, so, are you saying this faucet can only be operated in one mode at a time? Either touch or manual? And not both at the same time? Which means, if I'm in the middle of cooking and the battery dies, I need to stop everything and replace the battery, or worst yet, change the installation of the faucet?
Many faucets on the market offers the ability to run both modes at the same time. If you touch, it will come on at a preset temp. If you use the handle, it will also run at the setting of the handle bar.

How far back from centerline does the handle move?
I have a potential backsplash and window sill space issue, thus the need to know how far back the handle travels. See photo for application with current installation. That's a Delta 462/466 series in the pic.

How do I disable the touch faucet (and it's automatic shut-off) so I can leave the faucet drip to prevent the pipes freezing?
Thank you for your question, Carol with frozen pipes! The touch feature can be disabled by touching the faucet to turn on, then while the water is running, remove the lid of the battery box lid. The model will now function as a manual faucet. You could alternatively disconnect the solenoid assembly and connect the hose directly to the faucet outlet below the counter. Please make sure either the handle is in the off position or the supplies are shut off before removing this part.
