Broken faucet head
Faucet head would not reattached after cleaning basket. Small clear gasket was broken and fell off as I detached the faucet head while cleaning. Purchased February 2025. Cannot use as it will no longer attach tightly and leaks and will not attached as before. Have used electrical tape to get by but still leaks. Saw that the replacement head is over $80. I do not believe a new faucet head will correct issue as the clear broken gasket on the hose tip coupling that fits into the faucet head is broken. Very unhappy.

Faucet Head
On Auguste 13, 2026 removed the faucet head to clean the small basket inside the faucet head. The faucet was leaking (water leaked after touching unit to turn off) and was looking to see if basket clogged . When I removed the pull out head at the release tab, a clear fitting fell off and was obviously broken. When I tried reconnected the faucet head to the hose, it would no longer fit and caused water to come out above head. Used electrician tape to try and attached the hose the faucet head as a short term fix to use the faucet without leaking over sink. Cannot use the unit and do not know if purchasing a new $80 faucet head will fix it. Purchased it Feb 2025 from Ferguson.

Disappointing Purchase
Within two days of being installed by a licensed plumber who's done work for us for years, this faucet started leaking and not registering when the temperature increased. Ferguson store gave me a direct line to call Delta, whose CSR sent replacement parts out. Why do I have to pay to have a new faucet fixed? Beware--found many recent online reviews with same complaints. Something changed at Delta.

Not what we expected for the money
Ferguson told us to buy this faucet. Does not work well in that it switches off intermittently, no water flow when starting the faucet so we have to touch it. Too many issues since purchase less than 20 days back.

Nice Functional Faucet
Delivered quickly and exactly what we ordered. Installation was easy. It replaced a top of line solid brass & metal faucet and tho this Delta model is constructed with lighter materials, so far it’s working great. No complaints at all. The touch control takes a little getting use to but comes in handy for sure. Love the easy to clean design & fits all decor styles.

Thank you for your question, DebinAtl! We do not recommend altering this product in any way as it will void the warranty. This model can use an optional A/C adapter, part EP73954, which may be ordered separately. You can also use 6 C batteries for up to 5 years of battery life.

what color is artic stainless as opposed to chrome finish?. Is it as bright and shiny as chrome? Will it look OK with a stainless steel sink?

Thank you for your question! Arctic Stainless is a brushed finish. Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Arctic Stainless features cooler metallic tones, following a trend seen throughout the kitchen. While noticeably different, Arctic Stainless can coordinate with a more traditional stainless as in the photo linked below:

I have a 9113T-AR-DSTthat was installed 4 years ago. It has suddenly begun to drip from the from the wand. The only way to stop the drip is to shift the handle to off. I can't find anything in the manual to address this problem

I have a 9913T-AR-DST and it has started leaking when it is off. I can stop the drips by turning the on-off handle to the off position, but when in the on position, it drips after being "touched" off.

Can you elaborate on how to "unscrew" the spray head from the hose? I want to clean the screen but can't unscrew the head from the hose. It looks like there is a little tab that may need to be depressed or lifted.

Parsippany NJ plumbing inspector said faucet should be pushed away from you for hot water and cold water should be pulled toward you for safety. The faucet blue/red markings are opposite - alternate handle available?.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 9113T-DST Faucet handle rotates out and away from the faucet body for on and cold water. Rotate the handle towards the user for hot water. This is when the handle is installed on the right side. The handle can be installed on the left of the faucet so that the handle turns back for hot water. However, the temperature indicator colors will be opposite.

for the 9113T-DST touch2o faucet the minimum distance to the backsplash is specified as 2.5 inches. Is this measured from the center of the faucet hole?

The light indicator stays red when water is running and does not turn blue to indicate cold water. It does not flash just turns on Red. What is causing this and how do I fix it?

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta kitchen faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If this does not fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. Should the faucet be turned off whenever it is not in use, i.e. during the night?
We have had the faucet for couple months have never turned it "off" using the shutoff at night but left it activated so when you touch it water will flow and have not had any problems.

All of your photos show handle pull on the right. Can an Essa faucet be mounted with it on the left ?

I have a 474-SS faucet I want to replace with the Essa. The Essa would go into the hole where the current spout is installed, but the center of that hole is only 1 3/4" from the backsplash. I see the Essa calls for 2 1/2". Any way this will work?
Thank you for your question, ggimlick! The minimum clearance recommendation to the back splash is intended to provide a comfortable distance between the wall and the handle. As this handle operation only moves forward and away from the faucet, this will work but may be a tight fit. Alternatively, because the spout can swivel 360 degrees, the faucet can be installed with the handle in the front if desired, however this will place the LED facing left.

You would need to have a Generation 3 solenoid, which has a rectangular battery box with a black lid that has a red and black wire.
