The pull down sprayer works really well, and snaps right back into place. So happy with this! Looks great, works great!

The touch feature is invaluable to those of us who don't like to touch anything with raw chicken gunk on their hands. It does drip every once in a great while, but turning it off for a minute or two corrects the issue. Absolutely would recommend and buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too sensitive and isn’t working after only a year They have made the touch activation everywhere in this faucet (except the pull down hose) even the handle so if you don’t grip it with intention or accidentally brush past it or touch it with a sponge it turns on. I am constantly getting wet because it turns on at the wrong time. Now about a year later it won’t turn on half the time. Not worth the money. I’ll probably end up replacing it with touch less that is only above the faucet. So frustrated with this faucet!

Otherwise, I like the look and operation of the faucet. But this quality issue knocked my rating down from a 5 to a 2.

The first one was over 12 years old and still working except for the solenoid which American Home Shield wouldn't replace but decided to give me money for a new faucet. I chose this one and it's similar to the original with some improvements. I trust Delta because of the good experience I've had with them and the excellence of their products.

They are listed at $193 on Delta's website today... --The "throw" of the water flow rate lever is too short. If you want to save water by leaving the flow lowered somewhat while using the touch feature as an on/off switch, it is really only about an inch of movement of the lever from off to wide open. Fiddly.

Easy installation and works perfectly. Sometimes it doesn’t work when my wife touches it, but we came to the conclusion that it was due to the temperature of her hands…when they are cold, it doesn’t work….but warming her hands solves the issue. For me, no issue as my hands are almost always warm.

So far I have not used the touchless mechanism because the plumber noticed the part that holds the batteries was missing in the box that contained all the parts... I also need an electrician to hook up a hot switch in other to have it operate with the electrical outlet. I didn't have one...so we are installing one that operates with the dishwasher. Other than that, this faucet is working like a normal faucet. It is beautiful, clean looking, good quality, great finish, and the sprayer is fantastic. I recommend this faucet!

Touch it to turn it off and it's fine, touch it again to turn it on it's fine, touch it again to turn it off and it keeps flowing. Touch it 5 more times and the water is still going until you manually turn it off. Extremely disappointing at best. CS is shipping a new Solenoid to hopefully fix this issue but in the meantime, definitely not worth the extra upgrade to the touch feature.

I ordered by mistake the Delta Essa black faucet without Touch20 , but I wanted the touch technology specifically for my kitchen application. Can I buy the &quot;touch arm and pull down faucet part&quot; separately to replace the &quot;non-touch part?&quot; Thanks

Hello Ronnie, Thank you for your inquiry! The parts for the Delta Essa Pull-Down Touch2O Kitchen 9113T-BL-DST faucet can not be interchanged with the non-touch faucet. The touch parts may not work correctly or activate correctly with parts of a non-touch faucet. Best regards, Tanya

The led is flashing red 3 times any time I touch the faucet, then acts normal - i.e. color per temperature. What does it mean?

Will the faucet turn on if an animal (cat) brushes against it?

If it does turn on because of animal contact when we're not home will it turn off after a timed interval?

The Delta Essa Kitchen Pull-Down Touch 9113T-BL-DST faucet, has a touch technology which was introduced in 2008, it involves something called capacitance sensors to detect human only touch and turn the faucet on and off. All of our Delta Touch technology faucets have an automatic water flow shut-off after four minutes to helps conserve water. Best regards, Tanya

how do i increase the flow rate ?

If build-up over time is contributing to low flow we recommend soaking the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to break down any mineral buildup.
