Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken faucet head Faucet head would not reattached after cleaning basket. Small clear gasket was broken and fell off as I detached the faucet head while cleaning. Purchased February 2025. Cannot use as it will no longer attach tightly and leaks and will not attached as before. Have used electrical tape to get by but still leaks. Saw that the replacement head is over $80. I do not believe a new faucet head will correct issue as the clear broken gasket on the hose tip coupling that fits into the faucet head is broken. Very unhappy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faucet Head On Auguste 13, 2026 removed the faucet head to clean the small basket inside the faucet head. The faucet was leaking (water leaked after touching unit to turn off) and was looking to see if basket clogged . When I removed the pull out head at the release tab, a clear fitting fell off and was obviously broken. When I tried reconnected the faucet head to the hose, it would no longer fit and caused water to come out above head. Used electrician tape to try and attached the hose the faucet head as a short term fix to use the faucet without leaking over sink. Cannot use the unit and do not know if purchasing a new $80 faucet head will fix it. Purchased it Feb 2025 from Ferguson.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ours is less than 2 years old and is leaking. Too expensive to already have an issue and leak. It drips no matter what we do.
Date published: 2026-07-25
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Purchase Within two days of being installed by a licensed plumber who's done work for us for years, this faucet started leaking and not registering when the temperature increased. Ferguson store gave me a direct line to call Delta, whose CSR sent replacement parts out. Why do I have to pay to have a new faucet fixed? Beware--found many recent online reviews with same complaints. Something changed at Delta.
Date published: 2026-07-12
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what we expected for the money Ferguson told us to buy this faucet. Does not work well in that it switches off intermittently, no water flow when starting the faucet so we have to touch it. Too many issues since purchase less than 20 days back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Functional Faucet Delivered quickly and exactly what we ordered. Installation was easy. It replaced a top of line solid brass & metal faucet and tho this Delta model is constructed with lighter materials, so far it’s working great. No complaints at all. The touch control takes a little getting use to but comes in handy for sure. Love the easy to clean design & fits all decor styles.

How do you bypass the electronics.

Asked by: Simon2020
Hi, Simon2020! Thank you for your question. The Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet electronics can be bypassed for the faucet to work manually. First, turn the handle in the off position. Remove the blue clips on the top and bottom of the solenoid assembly. Once the clips are removed, remove the hose connections from each top and bottom of the solenoid and connect these two hose connections together. Secure this connection with one of the blue clips. Remove the solenoid, battery pack, and all wiring entirely. The handle can be turned on and off for the faucet to work manually. Best Regards, Rosanna

I've purchased 9113T-BL-DST and have it working fine for about 3 months now. But suddenly today the Touch feature stopped working. When i touch it, i do notice the blue light corresponding with my touch, but it does not turn on or off the water.

Asked by: Ramby
Hello Ramby, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! I am sorry for the flow issue on your Essa® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Matte Black MODEL#: 9113T-BL-DST, and I am happy to help you! The low flow you are experiencing appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip: 1. Put the handle in the off position. 2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of the solenoid assembly below the sink. 3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able, and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip. 4. Set a bucket under the PEX supply line that is exposed. 5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris. 6. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris. 10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again. Once that is finished, turn the water onto the faucet and run it for 15 seconds. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Please contact us back with any further questions. Hello! How can you take off the screen or head of the faucet to clean from grainy/ poor water quality?

Asked by: Krp31
Hi Krp31, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The ESSA® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 9113T-BL-DST wand assembly can be soaked in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water to clean. It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out of the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

We love our Essa Faucet, however when it is in Touch Mode "off", it will often turn on spontaneously with no interaction. We are using the Delta A/C power adapter. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Asked by: merezeph
Hi merezeph, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! There are a couple of common adjustments that can be made to improve the faucet operation. Please make sure any wires are isolated from the solenoid box, the water supply lines, and anything that else that might conduct electricity. If space is limited, we recommend a minimum two inches of clearance, if possible. Since you are using an AC adapter, if the outlet is also housing another plug in, or is close to a garbage disposal, it could cause interference. We would recommend contacting an electrician. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best Regards, Nicole Digital Communications Specialist
