Broken faucet head
Faucet head would not reattached after cleaning basket. Small clear gasket was broken and fell off as I detached the faucet head while cleaning. Purchased February 2025. Cannot use as it will no longer attach tightly and leaks and will not attached as before. Have used electrical tape to get by but still leaks. Saw that the replacement head is over $80. I do not believe a new faucet head will correct issue as the clear broken gasket on the hose tip coupling that fits into the faucet head is broken. Very unhappy.

Faucet Head
On Auguste 13, 2026 removed the faucet head to clean the small basket inside the faucet head. The faucet was leaking (water leaked after touching unit to turn off) and was looking to see if basket clogged . When I removed the pull out head at the release tab, a clear fitting fell off and was obviously broken. When I tried reconnected the faucet head to the hose, it would no longer fit and caused water to come out above head. Used electrician tape to try and attached the hose the faucet head as a short term fix to use the faucet without leaking over sink. Cannot use the unit and do not know if purchasing a new $80 faucet head will fix it. Purchased it Feb 2025 from Ferguson.

Disappointing Purchase
Within two days of being installed by a licensed plumber who's done work for us for years, this faucet started leaking and not registering when the temperature increased. Ferguson store gave me a direct line to call Delta, whose CSR sent replacement parts out. Why do I have to pay to have a new faucet fixed? Beware--found many recent online reviews with same complaints. Something changed at Delta.

Not what we expected for the money
Ferguson told us to buy this faucet. Does not work well in that it switches off intermittently, no water flow when starting the faucet so we have to touch it. Too many issues since purchase less than 20 days back.

Nice Functional Faucet
Delivered quickly and exactly what we ordered. Installation was easy. It replaced a top of line solid brass & metal faucet and tho this Delta model is constructed with lighter materials, so far it’s working great. No complaints at all. The touch control takes a little getting use to but comes in handy for sure. Love the easy to clean design & fits all decor styles.

When warm or hot water has been running and the faucet is turned off, it will then not turn back on when touched or when tried manually with the handle. Only after some time has passed (multiple minutes) will the faucet function again. How to fix this?

Hi. Just installed the Essa. Water comes out fine when manually operated. The led turns blue when the faucet is touched. But the water doesn’t flow. The batteries are new.
Frequently the faucet will not operate in the touch or manual mode. Then after several hours it will work again. Batteries have been replaced twice since 9/20/22. It was builder installed in 2019. Number on the spray nozzle is A112.18.M

The faucet has little pressure initially now (since Oct) compared to past. For example, after new batteries when we first turn it on it comes out as a slight dribble then when we push the handle back in and out it comes out as full pressure.

Reduced flow is likely caused by water debris trapped in the faucet. To first troubleshoot the issue, I recommend using a bucket to catch the water and disconnecting the hose above the solenoid. Flush the faucet by running water directly into the bucket from the hose by opening the faucet's handle.

We just purchased this faucet and it worked fine after install. 24 hours later and the touch won’t work. When you touch it, the LED turns on and off, but the water will not. Using batteries as power source. Solenoid clicks, but does turn water on/off

This faucet, model number 9113T-BL-DST (Essa) is listed on Delta's website for $728. The same model number faucet is listed on Home Depot's website for $315.99. What is the difference between them? Are they the EXACT same faucet, including internally?
i have the essa touch faucet, and its only 2 years old, and it wont stop dripping when in the on position, i can turn the handle to off and it will stop .but that defeats the purpose of touch faucet

Does the operating handle for temperature adjustment move only from the vertical position towards the user or does it pivot both towards the backsplash and towards the user? My backsplash would constrict if it moves backwards also.

We’ve had a 9113T-BL-DST Delta Faucet for 4 years. Works great except I now can’t get it to stop leaking with the touch off. I have to turn it all the way off now. I tried taking off spray head and flush it which fixed it 2 weeks ago, but doesn’t help now

We have the 9113T-AR-DST. We find the spray to be too concentrated. Is there a way to adjust for a wider spray? Or is there a different head that would work with this model?

Unfortunately there is also no spray change option, is debris get clogged in the wand it can cause the spray to not work properly. We would recommend soaking the wand in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.

So, I’ve had this for a few months now and it seems to have a mind of its own. It is randomly turning on. Is there something wrong with this or a way to reset it?

Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the touch function. The issue you describe would be a problem with the faucet being isolated and insulated from any metal or conductive material, such as a sink or countertop. Or, the placement of the wires.
If it is difficult to currently use the faucet while resolving the issue with the touch function, you can use the faucet manually by removing the solenoid and clipping the hoses together. The handle should be in the closed position and a bucket used to catch any water when the hoses are unclipped.
To troubleshoot the issue, we would need pictures of the installation.
1. Entire faucet from above the sink (including what LED light is doing, if possible).
2. The faucet below the sink, looking up at the mounting hardware (for pull down faucets it is vital that we are able to see the mounting hardware itself as it meets the sink or counter surface).
3. Location of the battery pack (when taking this photo please keep in mind the battery pack must be located on the floor or as close to the ground as possible).
4. Solenoid with label and as much wiring as possible in view (when taking this photo please keep in mind we recommend at least two inches of clearance between the solenoid, wires, and battery box if possible).

My Delta 9113T-AR-DST was working fine for a week. We moved in yesterday and it is dripping. This is a new home and a new faucet. I unhooked the line leading to the battery operated valve and ran the water to flush out the lines. It still drips.

I recommend the troubleshooting video here. The solenoid may need to be replaced if the faucet is sensing touch, but there is no water with the handle open. Or if the faucet is not sensing touch, I recommend touching the sense wire directly as shown in the video at 3 minutes.

My plumber installed my Delta Touch 2o last week. I love it! it's easy to operate, and the sprayer is a seamless operation. I do have a question. It makes an odd sound when i touch it to turn it off. It's like a switch turned off. is this normal?

The solenoid opens and closes when the touch is initiated, however, there may be some debris in the solenoid causing it to make a louder transition. I would also like to have you do a flush of the unit, flushing the touch faucet will fix multiple issues with leaking, flow, and debris. Please see the steps below.
I would like you to keep the handle in the center full-on position, then remove the wand. Hold the hose, so it does not fall back into the faucet, then point the hose into the sink. Next, I would like you to turn the faucet on by touch for 40 seconds. Then shut the faucet off by touch and back on for another 40 seconds.

How do you replace the bar spout assembly with magnet, part RP80521?? Unsure about retainer part RP60923. Does old spout assembly pull off and new assembly is pushed back down over retainer??

The RP80977 magnet replacement kit includes a tool for removing the existing magnet. There will be a small hole on the back of the spout with a part of the retainer popping out through it. While pushing this in you will at the same time pull the spout up and off.

I purchased the EP102157 9V power supply but can't figure out how to properly install it on my 9113T-DST kitchen faucet. Please provide instructions. And after I install the 9V power supply will the Touch2O feature still work?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet EP102157 power supply.
One end of the adapter is plugged into a grounded and unswitched outlet. The other end plugs into the touch solenoid valve under the sink on the faucet hose. I recommend confirming the outlet is not wired to a switch for a garbage disposal. Yes, the Touch2O technology should work with the AC adapter installed. See the installation instruction sheet here:
