Delivered quickly and exactly what we ordered. Installation was easy. It replaced a top of line solid brass & metal faucet and tho this Delta model is constructed with lighter materials, so far it’s working great. No complaints at all. Is there any way to reverse the handle on the Delta 9113T-AR-DST?

Thank you for your question. We recommend installing this faucet with the handle on the right. You may install it with the handle on the front or left side, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets. You could compensate for this by swapping the hot and cold supply lines under the sink.
However, the red/blue button on the handle will no longer indicate the correct temperature.

We are looking to by Essa 9113T-DST faucet. Will it work on a 16" sink, front to back, or does the angle of the faucet cause the water to spray too close to the front of the sink? Also, does every Essa 9113T-DST come with the escutheon plate? Thks.
Thank you for your question, Charle! Model 9113T-DST will include the 10" escutcheon plate however this is not offered with Bar Prep models. The angle should not be an issue with your sink.

Can the faucet be installed with water “on/off” handle in front rather than the side?
Thank you for your question, Beth. We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on and rotates forward to increase the temperature. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards.

I ordered by mistake the Delta Essa black faucet without Touch20 , but I wanted the touch technology specifically for my kitchen application. Can I buy the "touch arm and pull down faucet part" separately to replace the "non-touch part?" Thanks

Thank you for your inquiry! The parts for the Delta Essa Pull-Down Touch2O Kitchen 9113T-BL-DST faucet can not be interchanged with the non-touch faucet. The touch parts may not work correctly or activate correctly with parts of a non-touch faucet.

I received my faucet from Amazon. It is going to be mounted on a under the counter sink with a granite top. When the granite fabricator cuts the hole for the faucet, how far from the edge of the sink should the mounting hole be cut?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Essa Pull-Down Touch2O Kitchen 9113T-DST faucet, requires 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" (32 mm to 38 mm) hole size. There is also a minimum 2 1/2" (64 mm) clearance to the back splash. It would be the installer or homeowner personal preference for the faucet location on the sink.

I just want to clarify regarding the difference in the reach between the Essa Kitchen Faucet and the Essa Bar/Prep faucet. Is the reach on the Essa Kitchen Faucet 9 3/8" and the reach on the Essa Bar/Prep faucet 6 5/8" ?

Thank you for your question. Connecting portable dishwashers to kitchen faucets must be done with care. None of our pull out or pull down faucets are compatible with portable dishwashers. The connection puts too much stress on the hose, the wand and it's mounting. Also, none of the electronic faucets are compatible with portable dishwashers. They have an automatic shutoff time that is shorter than a dishwasher cycle.

I have an undermount sink and while I have room to the backsplash, I want to install a window stool in my window right behind my sink. I want to make sure my window stool does not interfere with the faucet, so I would like to install the faucet as close to the sink as I can.

The Delta Essa Kitchen Pull-Down Touch 9113T-BL-DST faucet, has a touch technology which was introduced in 2008, it involves something called capacitance sensors to detect human only touch and turn the faucet on and off. All of our Delta Touch technology faucets have an automatic water flow shut-off after four minutes to helps conserve water.

Let's assume my batteries run out of juice, and at the moment I have no replacement batteries and I need water immediately . Is there a way to switch it into manual mode. My faucet will not react to any lever movements with loss of battery power.

Thank you for your question. The Delta 9113T-DST can be changed o manual mode so that the faucet is still usable without batteries. To change the faucet to manual mode, first turn the water off at the shut off valve. Take a bucket with a towel under your sink. Remove the two blue clips on the top and bottom connections at the solenoid assembly. This will remove the solenoid entirely. Disconnect the wiring from the solenoid and let the wiring hang freely. Connect the two hoses that were installed in the solenoid together and secure this connection with one of the blue clips. Pull connection to make sure this is secure. Turn the water on at the shut off valve and test the water. If you should need further assistance, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. Is there a way to restrict the rotation of the spout to less than 360 degrees? Our faucet is installed on an island and our dog can turn the faucet on with her nose and swivel it around which then floods the kitchen!

When faucet handle is in on position and I use the touch feature to turn it off it drips from the sprayer assembly. When handle is in off position it does not.

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps.
1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position.
2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip.
3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid.
4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps.
