continually malfunctions. spray button needs 2 hands
I loved using my sons delta touch faucet so we bought this. but from the first it either dripped or at times just wouldn't turn on. the help line was helpful and told us how to clear the head, but it still dripped and sometimes didn't work. we finally discontinued the touch feature. The other thing I hate about this faucet is that the button to turn on spray is so stiff that I need to use both hands

Overall a good faucet, touch technology is nice
Love the faucet overall. The touch technology is very convenient, especially when you do a lot of cooking. The battery life of the touch sensor is also pretty good. I change the batteries every 18 months or so. The selector button on the front has definitely gotten more difficult to press, but still able to easily select between spray and center with just my thumb.
My biggest complaint - it started rusting after about 2 years. The connection between the retractable head and the downspout started puckering from rust after only about 2 years of use. Since then it has gotten worse with no idea of how to stop it or fix it. I’m looking for replacement parts, but there’s no way I can spend this much again on a faucet that starts failing after only a couple years of use.

Great when it worked.
It was a great product and we loved it until the solenoid stopped working 5 years and two months after manufacture. I called to see what the issue was and since it's 2 months out of warranty I have to pay $90+ for the part to fix it. Supposedly great customer service, I'd expect more from a $600 faucet

Great faucet, but started dripping after 6 years of use. Just be prepared to change out if going with this technology.

Sprayer Head Rusts
The product, designed to control the flow of water is made with materials which rust... Seriously, after two years of use, the magnet which attaches the sprayer head to the main body is rusted to a point where it no longer sits flush. This is an expensive premium faucet, especially when you get the Touch2O version. It's just blatantly unacceptable.

Great technology for the kitchen
We had a problem with water splashing on the caulking between the backsplash and counter every time we used the handle on the old faucet to turn the water on and off. This touch tap absolutely fixed the problem. In addition, it is very nice when cooking and have messy hands to not have to touch the handle. Easily turn water on or off with the back of your hand. Great product, definitely would reccomend.

Good but not fully functional
Convenient but the flow rate is 1.25 gpm when it should be 1.8 gpm. Had to replace faucet controller to improve from 1 gpm.

This faucet ruining our wood floors!!
The cartridge in the faucet broke and started leaking. The plumber came and said the cartridge was a different design than the standard one that they keep on their truck.
We had to wait multiple day to order the new cartridge in. A few months later, it starts leaking again but this time during the night. It leaked so much that it ruined our hard wood floors in our kitchen.
Delta agreed to send us a new faucet with the original design cartridge which helps but we will need to replace our wood floors now thanks to this faucet!!! Do not order this!! Order one with original cartridge design!!

Good but not great
I was excited about this faucet but it really has been frustrating. It looks good, I love the temp color LED, and it look good, Unfortunately, the spray head only stays straight in the swingarm - means you can't point the head somewhere and have it stay there. The spray selection, stream or spray, doesn't reset to stream when off -- I can't tell you how many times I've sprayed all over by accident. But the kicker is, the ToucH20 turns itself off and on by itself when using -- it doesn't take a full touch to toggle, even a brush by without touching the faucet will turn it on/off. It's a pain. I tried to disconnect the clip from the shank, but the faucet doesn't work at all then. The installation manual states " see manual bypass of electronics" but there isn't a section...

I love this faucet!
I love this faucet so much I’ve bought it twice! We moved a year ago and the new house had a dated, leaky faucet. So I ordered the same one we’d put I the last house. That’s how much I loved it. It’s sleek and timeless. Installation was a breeze. The touch is so convenient and the sensor that indicates water temp is an additional feature that I never knew I needed. Get the plug so you don’t need to worry about the batteries.

Great when it works
We spent the extra money on this pricey faucet when we remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago. We have had a love hate relationship ever since. The touch feature has a mind of its own. When it works properly it is wonderfully handy. Especially when cooking and your hands are dirty. However, from the very beginning we have had issues of it not turning on. It will go for 2 or 3 days and work perfectly, then suddenly just stops and I have to completely disconnect everything and use the faucet without any of the touch technology connected. I wait a while and reconnect and it will run again. So when this first started happening I did some research and I added the ac plug rather than it running on batteries only. I replaced AA batteries and used the larger batteries. I ensured the battery pack is placed correctly on the bottom of the cabinet away from anything else. I’ve completed every single trouble shooting action DELTA has posted on the troubleshooting tips. And yet this problem persists. So I got on the website tonight to investigate replacing the solenoid only to find that it is $170 which is over half the price of a brand new faucet and only $30-$50 cheaper than other models of Delta touch faucets. I find this ridiculous for a two year old faucet. I cannot recommend this faucet or any Delta touch faucet given my experience.

Works well & looks good
Can’t speak to longevity yet, as I’ve had it just a few months, but I like it a lot. Got it to replace a similar looking unit, & it not only looks great, but the touch function is also a nice feature that always wows & prevents messes. Highly recommend.

Awful!!!
This should never have been released. Ever try to control flow when the water goes off , or every time you pull or replace the sprayer head? How about that the magnetic assembly that is supposed to keep the sprayer in position totally disintegrates...It is extremely "touchy" - anything laid down near it causes to go on or off. If you just slightly touch the handle it will respond when you do n to want it to. Have been tortured with this for 3 years and am now going to replace it with something better and les expensive, perhaps a Grohe...

Magnetic Docking system failed - cannot recommend
This faucet has been a game changer in our house. My 3 kids and my wife absolutely loved the touch to spray feature- up until the sprayer head no longer stayed in place. The magnetic docking system has failed and now the sprayer wand no longer stays parked against the faucet. It appears to have rusted out and looks absolutely terrible. What was once a conversation piece for my guests, is now something i try to hide.

Good faucet for small bar sink
It was a little more costly than i expected but everything is. Seems to be a good faucet but it's Delta - they're really good on customer service and sending free parts for repairing but there's a lot of repairing to be done. Whole house has Delta and some Kohler and all the Deltas have had problems over the years.
