While I was initially excited about the touch technology, it proved to be much too finicky. Running water turns off then will not start again. This week we finally disabled the battery. It’s great to have a faucet that now works very time I need it to. I would not advise spending the extra money for the touch technology.

It looks nice, but the magnetic docking feature has rusted out after only 1 year, and it is difficult to get the faucet head back inside the neck. Magnetic feature has dissipated. You can see the rusted part protruding out and little rust pieces everywhere. Delta should invest in better quality components and charge a tad more. What is the point of a kitchen faucet that lasts one year. I am hesitant to buy Delta products in the future.

However, the magnet that holds the pull down faucet began to rust several months ago and will no longer seat correctly. In addition, rust drips down from the magnet onto the faucet head. Very poorly designed. Why not coat it so it doesn’t rust? On top of that, they charge $44 to replace a magnet?? Ridiculous!

The HOT and COLD tubes are marked RED and Blue so I assumed red connects the hot water valve and blue to the cold. This was wrong and there is no verbiage in the manual that touches on these connections.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing I purchased this faucet in 2016 and for 6 years I gad multiple issues with "ghost" starts and stops, an un countable number of calls to tech support, multiple periods where it would not function at all and finally it quit working. I purchased as replacement in February 2023 with high hopes. I installed the new unit and to my total dis-belief the touch function on the faucet does not work at all. After 2 more calls to tech support, I an awaiting a replacement solenoid unit.. fingers crossed..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrating I just had the "touch" feature removed and am thrilled for this faucet to be running manually. The touch feature is capricious to say the least. You can never be sure when it is going to turn on or off. It has a mind of its own! Changing the batteries every few months added to my negative attitude towards this product. My plumber said the touch feature is a gimmick. I couldn't agree more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Faucet This is a solid faucet with a nice finish. It conserves water but does the job by having 2 spray settings and an well engineered nozzle. I got the touch solenoid and that is why I gave it 4 stars. I like it alot, but it can be touchy. Sometimes it won't turn on when I touch it. The idea is great, it just doesn't always execute as promised. If you get just the faucet you will not be disappointed. If you get the touch solenoid, prepare for a bit of an adventure.

I have a Moen faucet that was way cheaper but actually retracts well because the counterweight clips to the hose.

Sleek matte black finish, touch on/off is awesome when baking, cooking, cleaning etc...my faucet no longer gets messy with food from my fingers. Pull down sprayer is great, pull down and clicks back into holder with ease. LOVE that my faucet does not show fingerprints. Excellent product, highly recommend!!

I had to install it because my boyfriend of 3 years left my son and I for Christmas but hey at least he bought me the faucet for my birthday! I had a little trouble getting the old one off but installation was pretty simple and I love the led feature. It's a very sleek and beautiful design.

Much easier than the old one to put in and the old one was to take out. One minor concern is with the check valves used on this system. Much better quality than the last one installed - hope they last significantly longer than 7 years that the previous did. (Not a Delta Product) The functionality of this one is great - just need to get used to it. (Just hope my cat does not learn how to use it !)

I am using the battery, but purchased the AC cable for the electrical outlet to eliminate the battery. I am interested in seeing how long the battery will last before I connect it electronically.

It works perfectly, it is simple enough so that I am not worried about some goofy malfunction, and looks sleek. Kitchen is cleaner and my stress level has reduced a notch. I highly recommend it.

Also bought the voice module that works with Alexa and it is awesome! I only installed in one house because I need to put an outlet underneath the sink in the other house but that's no big deal. Going to also get Delta faucets for the bathrooms that are touchless.

The touch feature is invaluable to those of us who don't like to touch anything with raw chicken gunk on their hands. It does drip every once in a great while, but turning it off for a minute or two corrects the issue. Absolutely would recommend and buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too sensitive and isn’t working after only a year They have made the touch activation everywhere in this faucet (except the pull down hose) even the handle so if you don’t grip it with intention or accidentally brush past it or touch it with a sponge it turns on. I am constantly getting wet because it turns on at the wrong time. Now about a year later it won’t turn on half the time. Not worth the money. I’ll probably end up replacing it with touch less that is only above the faucet. So frustrated with this faucet!

can the faucet be installed with the handle on the left instead of the right?

The battery box of the Delta Essa Kitchen Pull-Down 9113T-AR-DST faucet should be lying on the floor of the cabinet, 2 inches away from the wall and other items below the sink. Does this come with matching drain?

Touch2O features still work even though I wear rubber glove?

How easy is it to replace the batteries, i.e. are they easily accessed?

Hi, Paula! Thank you for your question. The batteries for our Delta Touch2O Faucets, including the Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet, are replaceable from underneath the sink at the battery pack. IS THERE A &quot;WATER SAVER&quot; WASHER OR WATER CONSERVATION WASHER IN THE SPRAY HEAD? I HAVE VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE AND WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE IT IF POSSIBLE.
