Rated 1 out of 5 by from I regret this purchase The handle of the faucet is also touch sensitive, so when you want to change the temperature of the water or change the flow of the water, it turns the water off. This is either a design flaw or we have a bad one. Everyone who comes to our house and uses this faucet hates it. The other part of this faucet that I don't like is that the water is either full on or off, no decreased flow. When you turn down the flow with the handle, it almost turns the water off. No in-between. We have had this faucet for 2.5 years and have had to change the batteries 3 times. This faucet will not work AT ALL if the batteries die. You can't turn it on or off with the handle if the batteries die. And it takes 6 batteries. I don't know why they didn't design this to be hard wired. Having to change the batteries every 8 months is a pain and if you don't have any batteries in the house when they die, you have no working kitchen faucet.

Delta quickly replay to my complain letter and offer magnets replacement. It should come within a few days with the parts and the easy installation kit. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never again Under the sink a pretty full area. cleaners etc. So my faucet acts up from time to time. Sometimes the wiring has to be moved. They seem to cancel each other out if too close. Sometimes batteries dead. This time lights were on. Moved wires around, no go. Removed spray head as per troubleshooting instructions. No flow. Climbed under sink after pulling everything out (I'm 66 years young) and disconnected the hose from solenoid after disconnecting wiring from solenoid and shutting off water valves. Turned water valve on, replaced power cord, turned on faucet. Flow through solenoid. Hooked up to faucet line flow was back. Can't explain, maybe disconnecting solenoid reset something, maybe solenoid going to fail soon. What if my family was using house and I wasn't here? I will never buy one of these agin.

The handle is nice and tight, turns to precise location and stays there until moved again. The spray and regular flow both have good water pressure. Installation easy and straight forward. Button to switch between spray and regular faucet needs to be pushed again to change back from spray. (My last one switched to regular once the faucet was turned off). Not a problem but takes some getting used too. The soap dispense is a little flimsier. If you push on it directly over where it enters the soap reservoir (vs the end where the soap comes out) it works fine but otherwise it feels like it might break off. Overall happy with the purchase, works well.

If you turn it on, the water stops immediately so you have to touch it on, then it will stop again in several seconds, and you get to touch it on again. On, off, on, off....lost track of how many times I've changed the batteries- it says "C" batteries last a couple of years? I say 2-3 months. Its a cool idea but does not work in practice. Wish I'd known.

Auto off feature helps avoid running the water too long. CONS: Voice commands only work with the primary voice match on the Google account, so others cannot control the faucet. The faucet is so sensitive to touch that it often turns off just from adjusting the hand while turning the handle. The volume of water through the hose is lower than our older Kohler faucet, so it takes longer for hot water to reach the faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Innovation We bought 2 of these in black about 1 year ago for our kitchen sinks.We were so impressed with their utility and function that we purchased and installed 2 more for our utility sinks; The touch faucets work flawlessly. Can turn the water on with your forearm/elbow if your hands are full/dirty/oily. The spray head works fine. Battery change every 6 to 12 months depending on frequency of use of the sink. You can also purchase an optional plug in so you wouldn't have to change the batteries.(6 AA in a snap together easily accessible bracket) The faucet has an automatic shut off so if you are filling your sink bowl, become distracted, and forget to turn the water off, it automatically shuts off after several minutes. I would definitely purchase this item again. .

can the faucet be installed with the handle on the left instead of the right?

Does this come with matching drain?

How easy is it to replace the batteries, i.e. are they easily accessed?

Hi, Paula! Thank you for your question. The batteries for our Delta Touch2O Faucets, including the Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet, are replaceable from underneath the sink at the battery pack.
