A simple touch anywhere on the spout or handle with your wrist or forearm activates the flow of water at the temperature where your handle is set. The TempSense™ LED light changes color to alert you to the water’s temperature and eliminate any possible surprises or discomfort. MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your faucet spray wand precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. Kitchen faucets with Touch-Clean® Spray Holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger. However, when you leave the lever in the hot water setting, our island sink (about 8 ft away from new faucet) has hot water coming out of the cold water setting. We do have continuous hot water throughout the house. We never experienced this problem with our previous kitchen faucet.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Touch20 review We were really excited about the Touch20 feature but have been nothing but frustrated. It runs through batteries incredible fast and is too sensitive. I can turn the faucet on with the handle and it shuts off when my hand leaves the handle. I then have to touch it to turn it on again. It's like the faucet has a mind of it's own when it comes to turning on and off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love my new kitchen faucet! The touch technology on this faucet is awesome! Just a gentle, easy touch anywhere but the pull-down nozzle turns it on or off. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I got used to this feature. I turn the water off more often when washing up than I did when I had to put down what was in my hand to turn a lever off. And I really like the small light in the base indicating the temperature. Two reasons for only four stars though. 1. Although being able to touch anywhere is very handy, I do wish the base was excluded. The water accidentally gets turned on when wiping the backsplash or reaching for the soap pump. 2. The spray rocker switch is very stiff making it somewhat difficult to turn on, and the spray feature doesn’t automatically revert back to regular stream when turned off. Overall I highly recommend this product.

The one thing that I would like to see better is the width of the spray. Compared to a Kohler Rubicon, the spray is not as wide. I give it a 4.5 star rating.

It's modern, but can work with transitional decor as well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the spray function doesn't automatically shut off when you turn off the water. I knew I wanted that feature, and didn't make sure it had it, so it's my fault. But just in case you, too, are looking for that, now you know!

We had a Moen prior and hated it but there was one feature that they had that this unit does not, and that is when in spray mode and you shut off the Moen faucet it would revert back to the stream. I love that feature so that when you turned it on again or later it did not surprise you and get water all over.

It’s nice to be able to not have to use a measuring cup when adding water. The only thing I don’t like is the angle the the faucet isn’t directly down and can cause splashes depending on your sink. I am a handy fellow and even-though I thought it was going to be complicated, it was pretty easy and only took about an hour tops.

It takes a bit of getting use to the touch aspect but once you are - no problem. Of course you will miss the feature when you go to someone else’s home! I find myself trying to touch the faucets to get them to turn on! I had this installed in my 40 foot 5th wheel where water consumption is always in my mind! With a 40 gallon holding tank it makes fir a great water saving experience!

The handle control works perfectly, but it's the touch control that really makes this faucet outstanding. I was skeptical at first, but now, after a couple of months, I am completely sold on the touch feature. I almost never use the handle!

can the faucet be installed with the handle on the left instead of the right?

WHERE IS THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT LOCATED? WE HAD LOWES INSTALL IT FOR US AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE A BROCHURE FOR US ON SCHEMATICS

The battery box of the Delta Essa Kitchen Pull-Down 9113T-AR-DST faucet should be lying on the floor of the cabinet, 2 inches away from the wall and other items below the sink. Does this come with matching drain?

Dear Molly, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Essa Touch Kitchen 9113T-DST faucet does not come with a drain assembly. Drain assemblies usually only come in the box of a Lavatory bathroom sink faucet. Best regards, Tanya

Touch2O features still work even though I wear rubber glove?

How easy is it to replace the batteries, i.e. are they easily accessed?

Hi, Paula! Thank you for your question. The batteries for our Delta Touch2O Faucets, including the Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet, are replaceable from underneath the sink at the battery pack. IS THERE A &quot;WATER SAVER&quot; WASHER OR WATER CONSERVATION WASHER IN THE SPRAY HEAD? I HAVE VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE AND WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE IT IF POSSIBLE.
