The TempSense™ LED light changes color to alert you to the water’s temperature and eliminate any possible surprises or discomfort. MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your faucet spray wand precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. Thought it was to be finger resistent since it is a touch operating option. Also the touch feature is not consistent when turning off and on. Everyone in our family is having same issues. We had a Delta touch in our previous home and loved it. Also there was no information how to try to adjust touch feature. As of now it is very aggravating to spend this amount of money for something that does not meet the description of the product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting technology! I’ve had this touch-technology faucet for a few weeks. Pros: - Easy to install with a YouTube video tutorial I found - Nice looking - Works well; I’m amazed that it knows the difference between a grab and a touch and responds accordingly. I haven’t had a time yet that it didn’t go on when I wanted it to. Cons: - Sometimes when I’m wiping down the sink and faucet with a towel, it picks up a static charge (maybe?) from the towel (and I’m 100% certain I didn’t have skin contact) and the faucet goes off unexpectedly. Once this resulted in my long sleeve getting all wet. - Generally, this is a technology to get used to. I get annoyed when someone changes the pressure flow setting or temp that I prefer most of the time, so I end up playing around with the settings in an OCD-ish way to get them back to normal. Overall I’d say it’s great and I won’t return it over the cons I mentioned. But would I buy this again if I was starting over? I think I’d be equally happy with a traditional faucet technology too. Over time maybe I’ll get totally used to it though.

The light water sensor is such a nice touch to this faucet. I like seeing that the light is red when water is too hot and I may want to turn it down. This is a great feature as I have burned myself in the past with the water being too hot. This faucet not only looks great but easy to use as well.

It's WAY too complex. AND: I've had mine for 6 months and it has stopped working. No idea why.

But we’ve had to replace the solenoid twice (as has our neighbor) and while customer service is great ... you still have to crawl under the sink to fix. As long as you’re ok with that - it’s a great faucet.

I’ve never had a touch to activate faucet and I was interested in trying it out. The cost isn’t the lowest by any means but I have said out loud that I love this faucet on my than one occasion...which is more than I can say for any other faucet that I’ve used my entire life. Give this a shot! PS: if I can manage to install this thing by myself then most anyone can I’m quite certain!

Cleans easily and does not show spots. The pull-down sprayer is wonderful and retracts perfectly. This faucet has a real quality "feel" to it and I'm glad we went with this Delta model.

Our daughter just had twins and the Touch On/Off function is amazing. We can juggle a bottle and hold a baby, while nudging the faucet spout with our elbow for on/off function. It’s so awesome and works great! Easy install, but really need to read instructions, especially regarding electrical clip to center shaft that goes into hole. If you have a metal sink, this shaft can’t touch the sink under your counter or the “touch” function won’t work. Great quality and seals nicely! No water leaks under counter at attachments.

I have it ordered, (waiting 13 days so far) but haven't recieved it yet. Hopefully it will come soon and it will not malfunction. The touch feature is great. It's hard to get used to not having it.

can the faucet be installed with the handle on the left instead of the right?

WHERE IS THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT LOCATED? WE HAD LOWES INSTALL IT FOR US AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE A BROCHURE FOR US ON SCHEMATICS

The battery box of the Delta Essa Kitchen Pull-Down 9113T-AR-DST faucet should be lying on the floor of the cabinet, 2 inches away from the wall and other items below the sink. Does this come with matching drain?

Dear Molly, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Essa Touch Kitchen 9113T-DST faucet does not come with a drain assembly. Drain assemblies usually only come in the box of a Lavatory bathroom sink faucet. Best regards, Tanya

How easy is it to replace the batteries, i.e. are they easily accessed?

Hi, Paula! Thank you for your question. The batteries for our Delta Touch2O Faucets, including the Delta 9113T-AR-DST Faucet, are replaceable from underneath the sink at the battery pack. IS THERE A &quot;WATER SAVER&quot; WASHER OR WATER CONSERVATION WASHER IN THE SPRAY HEAD? I HAVE VERY LOW WATER PRESSURE AND WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE IT IF POSSIBLE.
