Please reset the solenoid by removing the cap from the battery box for one minute and reconnecting it. Be sure to use a new set of brand-name, non-rechargeable batteries and install them as indicated on the box. Please also ensure that the battery box is placed on the floor of the cabinet, 2 inches from the sides or metal objects. We appreciate your inquiry. The solenoid quit working after only 21 months from the date we purchased the faucet. Delta should be replacing this regardless of warranty status considering the very short life of this part. Will you send me a new solenoid (EP74855)?

The faucet has little pressure initially now (since Oct) compared to past. For example, after new batteries when we first turn it on it comes out as a slight dribble then when we push the handle back in and out it comes out as full pressure.&nbsp;

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet Essa&reg; Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O&reg; Technology In Chrome MODEL#: 9113T-DST. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. The low flow you are experiencing appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip: 1. Put the handle in the off position. 2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of the solenoid assembly below the sink. 3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able, and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip. 4. Set a bucket under the PEX supply line that is exposed. 5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris. 6. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris. 10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again. Once that is finished, turn the water onto the faucet and run it for 15 seconds. Lastly, I would like you to keep the handle in the center full-on position, then remove the wand. Hold the hose, so it does not fall back into the faucet, then point the hose into the sink. Next, I would like you to turn the faucet on by touch for 40 seconds. Then shut the faucet off by touch and back on for another 40 seconds. Then hold the handle and move it off and then back on without letting go for another 40 seconds. Like everything about the Essa faucet except the angle of the spray head. I wish the spray pattern was a bit more straight down instead of angled so far out. Is there an adapter I can use to make the water exit more straight down???

The handle points up for cold water and it pulled forward for hotter water. If the faucet is installed without the 3-hole escutcheon it can be installed with the handle on the front, but the indicator light would then be on the side of the faucet. The Delta Faucet model 9113T-DST Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O&reg; Technology In Chrome batteries are located in the battery box on the cabinet floor. The top to the battery pack has 2 buttons on the sides that can be depressed in which will release it. Once the top is released you will need to determine if you will be using 6 AA or 6 C batteries to power the faucet. If using 6 AA's remove the current batteries and ensure you have the included adapter to allow for them to be used and insert the batteries as shown on the side of the battery box.
